Edit: The new owner is fantastic! She went out of her way to correct the issue an issue I had with the previous management that is listed below. I highly recommend this place now. Climate controlled units are the only reason I use this facility. Poor service. The name suggests 24hour access and their sign states 24hour access, but your gate code only works 6a-10p.
Changed there policy was paying every two moths with late fee, no problem. Then after 45 days filed a lien and auctioned my stuff. Sorry for who ever got the stuff but enjoy my kids memories
Nancy is the best. And I wouldn't return with my business the second time if it wasn't in my opinion a 5 star storage unit facility and u haul truck rental. This storage is the 5 star of storages just like your 5 star hotels. Thank U Store It managers and crew
Clean, secure, friendly staff, we'll kept, i've had stuff in storage here for over a year as we moved from out of state and are still remodeling our new home. As we pull more and more stuff out of storage its great to see that none of it has suffered rodent damage. Highly recommend this place, especially if you are moving from out of state and want a place to store your belongings while you get settled. I drove a 30ft moving truck out here and put everything in storage 3 months before moving my family. My only interaction with staff was via phone. When I arrived on a holiday weekend. My units were ready with locks inside as arranged. All access codes worked. Absolutely no issues.
Ive had my storage here for about 2 years maybe 2 and a half. Had a few problems atfirst but not any since then. They are gated with your own personal code to get in. They also have climate controled storages. Super friendly people when i got mine.
Used to be a pretty good place had 24 hour access as the sign would imply that you had to pay a one time fee for ...then new management took over without notice and now you can only access it untill 10pm even with the code you paid extra for however they did not refund you money ...they charge late fees after 1 day of being late ....if I wasn't lazy I would pack my things out of there and move itg to a new location
Angie needs to be the owner of this fine establishment she is a dream come true. Perfect in every way.
New owners , tell many different stories, high prices i do Not recommend this place
Clean and well maintained establishment. The owners are helpful and very friendly.
The lady was confusing me... I don't think she knew what she was doing...not going here again
