U-Store-It is a family owned business that has been open for 37 years. We provide covered storage for boats, campers, cars and RV's up to 72 feet in length. With 24-hour tenant access and satellite video surveillance for our facilities, ours is the perfect place to store your valuables. Locks are available for purchase, or you can use your own lock if you prefer. Tenant insurance is available along with 24 hour key access 7 days a week. We have easy tractor trailer access and over 1100 concrete and steel units.

Did everything over the phone. They were polite, knowledgeable, everything they said to do worked just fine. A pleasant experience
Unit is ok except no gutters. Girl answering phone is not in her right p right profession. She should not being working there. Ran card 4 times for me and 3 times with other half. All cancelled. Nothing but argument and was charged over $500 for 3 months absolutely ridiculous never again . Do not recommend at all. Hassle from the start. Tride to move out months ago still fighting.
The girl working phone customer service is the completely wrong perfession for her. Nothing but an argument and after a month still doesn't have my account right paid 1 week late bill went up to $500 for 3 months. Absolutely ridiculous. $50 lockout fee but not never got locked out. Never again

Unit is behind a security gate ad highly visible I fee comfortable with my stuff there. Communication is good always get an answer not a machine. Will update when more time passes
Unit was supposed to include a lock and there was no lock. And it was full of bees. I called and canceled my contract with them immediately upon seeing the unit and demanded a refund. They canceled me right away and it took a few days but they did put my money back on my card
When they were U-Store-It they were great i was with them for years. Now that Bolt storage has taken over they keep rising prices every other month, slipping fees in there randomly and customer service is terrible. Transitioning between owners was not a good process. They didnt contact myself or many customers i know stating theres a transition. That everything will be automated
Bolt is the new owners of a storage facility I have been using for a few years now. My issue with them is that they came in bought the properties. And immediately started raising prices on everyone. I'm disabled and live on a fixed income. They raised my rates from 95 to 160 something. I think it's ridiculous to raise rates like that. I need to move my stuff out of there. But because of my disability I can't do it on my own. And I can't afford to hire anybody to do it. I'm stuck in a catch 22. As soon as I can I will remove my stuff from this property. I would not do business with them after seeing what I consider gouging the customer. It feels like they're trying to force people out of their storage units. I understand they want to make money. It just doesn't seem to me that the prices are a fair value.
