Great customer service, pricing, and location. Love that I'm able to get to my storage 24/7. Always super friendly, very generous with their help. This is my second time renting a unit from Ustor so I've had two different unit sizes and overall experiences. Both times werr equally as amazing. Had a HUGE unit that was super cheap and the unit I have now is bigger than I expected and more than I needed for the best cost around. I always recommend these units to anyone I know. I included a picture of the unit I have currently. Always impressed.

This storage place has been my storage company going on two years now. They have raised the rent once in that time but i still feel i get my monies worth. The staff is always warm and welcoming and it is easy access to my storage unit. I recently moved and my new place has a storage garage so i will be moving my items to there. Which will make it easier because i wont have that bill and my items will be on property. I will use them again if i need storage in the future.

I love the new staff there always very helpful very kind and thoughtful I had some friends over helping me move things around on a hot day and the staff came by and checked on us all and got us some water bottles if it wasn’t for that I was on the verge of heat exhaustion. I am very thankful!!!! Five stars from me!!! Keep up the good work!

Nice clean place, I honestly think they charge to much for this service. A new lady in front taking over is new as of 2019 if I remember correctly. She's ok the one before was nicer. I do like how it looks and unlock each time you put your code in the gate to enter or exit

Place has good security. Gated, independent alarm system for every unit and security in the property 24/7. You also get 24hr access which many locations don't offer. Great prices as well. All around courteous and attentive staff. Definitely recommend.

Five star service I rented a 10x30 unit at ustore at miracle mile for the last five years the managers never raised my rates the whole time there! They were very friendly and helpful always offered me a water and assisted me in loading my two heavy quads and helped with air ing the tires that had gone flat! Very nice people I definitely recommend this place a happy and valued customer to the end thanks ustore staff.

The manager Bridget is amazing, personable, caring, and has amazing customer service. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would recommend U Stor on miracle mile to anyone wanting a storage unit. the pricing is great and they have very spacious units.

I considered other locations and they all provided good service but here Karen provided exceptional care. The location is also very convenient right off of I-10. She showed my space made it as simple as possible for me to understand the process and what would be needed from me. Help me fill out the paper work. Walked me through the security available 24/7 on the premise and gave me all other options in size in case I over estimated or under estimated my "stuff". In the end I got a large 25X10 which was just enough to provide me room to organize.

Bridget and Nick were so very nice very professional and made my move which was stressful from the minute I started packing until I showed up at storage facility. They were so helpful it changed my hole attitude on moving. Thank you so much for being so helpful and understanding of all the issues I was having until I got there. I will be recommend this place to everyone
