Unions like this r good for the lazy worker. But if u r in management with the casino non-union u get an amazing severance and 401k. 10 + years as a lead server I'll get under $200 a month. But the great part was I made over $10 an hour plus tips. The waiters made like $6-7 an hour. Not bad at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY...

Worst union ever . Will not fight for you even when your name has been cleared . If your buisness is covered by them do not expect them to go out of there way to back you up . And they might call you saying there working towards something for you and just never get back to you . Years of work and money given to them for them to not care about the common worker. Joanne is the one who didn't fight for me even when everything was proven i was in the right . Terrible people who don't care about the common worker just trying to get in and leave as soon as they can . Union who doesn't fight for a worker who was proven innocent .

Very poor service!!!!! Staff is unorganized, irresponsible and careless. My mom was running late for her appointment due to therapy, which she was having downstairs. I called to let the dr know. I spoke with Felincia on the phone, she said it will be fine if you come in before 12:10pm cause the dr goes on lunch at 12:30pm. I arrive with my mom at 12:07pm, spoke with Tammy, she says “You Are Late!!” I told her, we called and was told it will be fine if we come in before 12:10pm. She goes to talk yo another employee then the Dr, wasted 5-10 minuets. She was scheduled to view her blood work, which is important cause she was as told on the phone she has high sugar and vitamin B12 was low. Tammy who i spoke with comes out and tells us, the dr can’t see her cause she is late. Okay!! Usually when we go to that dr we have to wait atleast 15 minutes before we see the dr. If the dr took us, she wasn’t gonna miss her lunch. She just had to prescribe vitamins and bp meds. Now it’s been 2 weeks, first time, the first week we called the dr was booked so i said give us another dr, the staff called back saying my mom can’t be seen by another dr cause usually she sees dr. Pincus. 2nd week, which is today, we had to reschedule due to miscommunication between the staff and the dr. Now, another week... This is rediculous!!! This office needs some improvement!!! None of the staff wants to do any extra work!! We can’t even schedule ahead of time; have to call the day before to schedule to see the dr!! Very disappointing!!
