Came in here to get my device repaired and the team exceeded all expectations. My device was repaired in less time than quoted and they even convinced me to purchase their device protection plan. The team is very personable and I have to highly commend this store for how well and efficiently they took care of me. I highly recommend using them for any tech and device repair solutions you may need.
No communication between the actual stores and the general number. I was given an appointment and sent to a store that was closed due to a fire at least 2 weeks before. Then it was impossible to simply get my appointment transferred to another store or create a new one. Finally had to have Verizon step in and handle my claim. Another time in the past, they promised me they would fix my screen same day. Came back 6 hours later and they hadn't even started and gave no reason other than "we can't actually get to it, here is your broken phone back"
Just want to say thanks to Douglas for helping me with my pixel 6 pro. Never have I broken a phone before until now. Replaced my screen and now I’m back in working order. Thanks again for being so nice and helpful through the whole interaction Doug!
The employees are always amazing. I have gone two times to this location. Taken two different items to get fixed. A iPhone and iPad. Both always come back like new. The staff is very helpful and listen to everything you have to say. As well as answer all the questions you have. Location does get busy sometimes so you will be have to wait a little longer then your appointment time.
I couldn't be happier with the amazing service they provided me with at this ubreakifix location. My Samsung Z fold had a super weird flickering screen issue that was happening randomly. This meant they had be very patient so they can replicate the issue and to vouch for me that yes my phone had an issue and Samsung should be responsible for the display replacement. They kept the phone for 24 hours to prove the issue, replace the parts, and test again to make sure it wasn't happening anymore. I mainly dealt with Bobby but it seems that everyone I encountered with Melanie on the phone and another technician I talked to there were all top grade customer service people!! They all knew what they were doing. If I were the owner of this place, I would be very proud that the place ran like a very well oiled machine. And even though I called and visited them multiple times, no one ever made me feel like I was annoying them. The best part was - because of their help in proving that the phone was acting super strangely, I paid $0 for the whole fix.
Today while playing Grand Turismo 7, I got rammed by an S550 mustang on what was to be my personal best on Suzuka circuit, in a rare, but outwardly expression of frustration I threw my controller, which inadvertently hit my ps5 tower, which made a 4 foot plunged on to my sheet vinyl floor. The tower, inconspicuous of any aesthetic damage, unfortunately would not power back on. Fortunately, I was able to take it to Asurion Phone and Tech Repair. Evocative of the 2008 Xbox 360 red ring of death scandal, I was worried it might take weeks, even months for me to get back my console in working order. By good fortune, or the expert technicians at Ubreak, they were able to fix it SAME DAY. Not only same day, but I don't know what necromancy was performed on my ps5, but it seemed to have been returned in even better working order than before as I not only beat my Suzuka circuit personal best on Grand Turismo 7, but I beat it by a whole 3 SECONDS. I broke it, and they fixed it. Same day. All for the price of a mediocre car pack. If ever I need any of my electronic toys fixed again, I will surely take it to UbreakIfix as not only is their customer service and workmanship top notch, they even offer a warranty. 5 Stars boiii
Maybe it's my luck, I have used this location three times in two years and this place always delivers! All three times, I simply schedule an appointment on their site and Samsung reimbursed the store directly. They made the process easy and simple. Bobby was friendly and courteous. He kept me inform about the repair status and went extra miles to find parts for me.
My phone wasn’t charging and I was told I needed to replace the port. Was quoted a price of $99. When I got to the store a lady named Mel said she would check to see if it needed to be cleaned. Took her less than 2 min to figure out it was full of lent! I didn’t need a new charging port and the cleaning was free. Save a bunch of money. Always coming back to this location.
Bobby was courteous, professional, and prompt in addressing the screen of my pixel which was falling off. He tells you clearly what needs to be done and knew how to address any issues. Outstanding service all around.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the store I came in on able to activate a new phone and transfer my files and other data from my old phone and I didn't recognize the new operating system at all Douglas waited on me and in less than a minute and a half he had transferred and other things from my old phone to the new phone he was so kind and so reassuring me for the assistance he turned my whole day and my whole week around I am a very happy camper and will come back if I need their assistance at any time
