I brought my daughter’s phone in for a screen replacement. It was efficiently replaced within roughly an hour. Service was courteous and professional. Hector, the young man that assisted me, served numerous customers simultaneously and exhibited exceptional customer service skills in the midst of a high pressure situations frustrated customer, multiple customers, and it was almost closing time. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my phone back to this location. Despite obstacles, they met their promise to correctly repair the phone within an acceptable time while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. Way to go Hector!

Let me start off with the positive... Got my laptop today and seem to be in great working order. See how the following days go. Thank God for the warranty. Now, let me go into why I had issues with this location. The Bestie dropped off laptop for me since I was swamped at work. Dropped my 17 in laptop and screen went black. For the most part, the initial visit went well. Finesse into getting a monthly repair program, which I intend to stop asap. Here's where I had problems. Jonathan the manager, I believe, promised to keep me in the loop regarding repair. I consistently had to call to get updates and got upset due to the lack of communication. He apologized and kept me updated. Waited for over a week for the part and finally laptop was fixed. Out of town and informed them, that as soon as I get back, pick up laptop. So my 1st visit to location was today and I felt like I was dealing with children. Not sure what was funny or the reason for the unprofessional behavior. My patience with this location was already gone and this made it worse. Jonathan tried to save face by asking about my trip, but by then...over the small talk. Wanted my laptop and be on my way. The only way I would visit this location again is to honor the guarantee for repair. I really take customer service very seriously and felt they dropped the ball a few times.

Hector did a great job replacing my battery. They are awesome there.

Great, friendly, fast service today. Way better than my experience at the unreakifix that’s no longer on I75 and Pines. There I had some sad ubrokeibrokeagain troll who was happy to charge more after the fix included a big black dot permanently placed on the screen. Here I had three extremely friendly people who clearly have pride in their work. I have to acknowledge people with work ethic in a sea of quiet quitting.

Very professional and always helpful. We wouldn't even consider going any other place for our devices. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This location is truly top notch.

Quick and easy explanation. Loved the online tracking service so I can check in without calling in to the store. The samsung asurion process was so simple all they needed was my IMEI #, I come to this location every time I have problems with my devices; I am a serious klutz so I come more than I like.

Just go to apple. You will bring your phone in for a simple repair and it will come out with more problems. Came in for a simple back glass repair, and they broke my flashlight and tried to say it was like that before, messed up my camera, and replaced my back glass with a cheap glass that breaks with no drops after only four days, maybe less because I didn’t even notice a crack until day four. Had the original screen for two years with multiple hard drops and nothing ever happened until it hit the curb in a weird way, now it breaks after three maybe four days? Ridiculous. They will tell you there’s nothing they can do, and when confronted with the fact they replaced it with a cheap glass they will admit that it’s a third party manufacturer and they can’t attest to the quality. Are you freaking kidding me??? I’m better of going straight to apple, because if I bring it back that’s literally how much I will have spent. I definitely do not recommend!!

My phone was stuck in a uploading position and wouldn't start up. Hector ur helpful associate showed me how to fix it. Hector is a very smart and helpful young man. I will gladly recommend ur store to anyone. Thank u Hector.

Came to this location because it was listed by Google as an authorized service provider for the issue I'm having phone is dropping calls and losing the network. Walked in, explained the problem same as I detailed online to find this location in the first place and was told they would not look at it because it's a problem they don't deal with. Didn't take a look, didn't run a diagnostic, nothing.

Jonathan and Hector were amazing! Fixed my phone e in 5 minutes!
