UCAN Healthy Start of Douglas County offers health education and community referrals for women before, during and after pregnancy.
UCAN Healthy Start of Douglas County works to improve the health of families before, during, and after pregnancy. We can connect women with services in the community such as doctor appointments, parenting education, housing assistance, transportation, domestic violence support, and substance abuse treatment.
We also offer a baby store for our clients, who can earn vouchers for items by attending our appointments. Our baby store is open Tuesdays from 9 am to 11 am and Thursdays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
