Good bathrooms, seats were soft. Sections and rows were not always labeled clearly, but it's small enough you could easily find your way. Speakers were clear and loud. And any seat had a great view.

Lewis Capldi was amazing, and we enjoyed every second of his performance. The seating however sucked. And there was no food or anything available except some vending machines.

This place is pretty big, it definitely feels like a big event in here. There was plenty of parking even some places with shade. There's definitely a walk so if you're elderly bring your cane and or walkers or see if your ride can drop you off near the entrance. I feel like I am somewhere special. I'm sitting in section 12, bathrooms are nearby. The chairs are plastic and not really comfortable.  I'm here today because my daughter graduated high school at Payson Utah,  there's no way the schools auditorium would have fit this many people.

I was there with what seemed like a million others for a High School graduation. Several schools were rotating through ceremonies at the venue so chaos could have reigned. However, organization ruled supreme and schools graduates and guests transitioned from indoor ceremony to outdoor photo ops and gatherings without incidence. I was impressed.

Fun place to come watch basketball, a high school graduation, attend freshmen orientation, or to check-out a home show!

The closest seats may be more comfortable but, they don't have the best view of the entire floor. You may want to sit a little higher up just to be able to see all of the action. If you really want to be super close, do your thing but, it can get hard to see the whole event.

The venue is decent, maybe 3 or a 4, but the parking makes me avoid the UCCU center whenever possible. Poorly designed for this volume of in/egress. There seems like there is enough parking, but you spend hours before and after an event in traffic getting in and out. Events are predictable. There has got to be a better way.

When I went there I went to graduation from my high school. It was a very good place to go for a lot of people had a lot of great seats and you could see everything from every seat in the house overall. A great experience.

Sound is just ok. Concessions lack the diversity afforded to most other locales in regards to ethanol dispensation. For some reason I talked myself into coming to Utah county to “enjoy” a concert but soon realized I was entering a religious totalitarian regime that strictly prohibits alcohol to not only the followers of the cult but those that happen upon the territory of the cult. It’s disappointing. It’s clean and the people seem nice but getting

We went to the Lewis Capaldi concert and waited in line for quite a while only to find out RIGHT WHEN THE DOORS OPENED that we were in the wrong line. No one to tell us until the last minute, the only signs were super small and only right by the entrance to the UCCU. This was managed terribly and I would caution anyone against trusting this facility for big events. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
