UCHealth - Amanda Babcock, MD

Dr. Babcock has great credentials which is why I wanted to see her, she’s a good doctor but the patient, staff, and doctor communication is acutely hostile. I drive an hour out of my way to be a patient there and after being 5 minutes late twice because of traffic and being met with a refusal to check me in, I have decided the drive and rude staff isn’t worth their care. I have reschedule with a new primary care doctor at a new office. If you’re driving far to see her, fingers crossed you don’t encounter any I-70 wrecks or you will have spent significant time on the road to be turned away. I truly wonder how many other patients left this office with a similar experience.

The worst doctor ever!! Don’t go here if you are sick or need a physical. She does not care about you or your health. I was four minutes late and she refused to see me. I am a teacher and one of students got sick so I was four Minutes late. Th e lady at the desk said I was five minutes late it was because she couldn’t find me in the computer. Not only that said had already checked me and in and I was waiting to n the waiting room. Horrible terrible service! I can’t tell you how many times she had me wait on her. This is absolutely inexcusable!!

I had such a bad experience with rude and arrogant staff here i will not return. Will never get treated there again.

Staff was very friendly and Dr. Babcock was very knowledgeable and thorough.
