We provide treatment to any age from infant to older adults. Treatments may vary from a common cold, a work related injury, or a school/personal physical. In addition, we offer drug screens, blood alcohol testing, and pre-employment physicals. Our system offers decreased wait times, a friendly environment, and effective care. We care about all our patients and hope you give us the chance to provide timely treatment for you or your family.

At our medical clinic, we diagnose and treat all injuries and illnesses of pediatric and adult patients. We also offer physicals as well as care for work-related injuries and auto-related injuries. Work notes are provided to patients after their clinical evaluation. They are very fast in and out. Each time my friend or my son and I needed to be seen it wasn't time consuming. The staff/Dr's are caring and do the best they can for what you are being seen for. I highly recommend going here if it is not a super emergency that would require the tools of a hospital.
This urgent care is the best Downriver the Doctor is Extremely knowledgeable and very nice and explains everything in detail. My Husband also goes here and per there suggestion to have further testing saved his life. They truly care for there patients. 10 stars for sure.
Went in cause I had the flu. They called me in right away with no wait I was in and out within a hour due to they had to run some test. The doctor that came in was very nice and knew what she was talking about. I would definitely go again and recommend to all my friends.
First time here and had an amazing experience. My son was in distress and this was the last resort. Everything else closed. They were about to close and I walked in about 5 min before. They stayed more than an hour over helping him. They were so nice and understanding. My son walked out a happy camper! I couldn't be more grateful!!! Definitely recommend!
I was sick last week and my doctors could not see me for 2 weeks. I was seen by south gate urgent care. All the staff is amazing .The doctor took care of me and treated me. I felt better in 24 hours . They are very welcoming and friendly. I will send my family here from now on .
I’ve been to this urgent care multiple times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Providers always spend enough time with me and provides me with best treatment. Highly recommended!!
Terrible place. Horrible. Besides the male medical asst with the accent, everyone from the receptionist to the “Dr” were extremely rude. I was assisting my spouse with paperwork and the front desk lady was rude. Even though my spouse was disoriented and unbalanced they refused to acknowledge my existence. The lady “Dr” with long hair proceeded to give my spouse a dietician lesson as oppose to actually listening to the concerns and trying to figure out the problem. When I brought up a concern about a chronic blood issue she has without even looking at me the “Dr” said “yeah that can cause this, she really needs to do better at taking care of herself. And I know I’m preaching to the choir” It was just very dismissive and extremely unprofessional and rude. She also spoke about her personal feelings regarding God and her feelings about what God and the human body are doing. New flash… not all of your patients believe in the same God. Very unprofessional. Very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. We’re also a married lesbian couple and I genuinely believe that is why they refused to acknowledge my existence, and we’re so rude and dismissive to us. I’m sure after the staff reads this they will know exactly who wrote it because the disrespect was just that blatant. Do better. I will be letting my Dr office who referred us to this UC know about the staff and treatment at this facility so that hopefully no one else from their office has to experience this urgent care.
I was very sick was thinking might be covid or flu doctor order test turned out was bronchitis, But it was how nice everyone treated my daughter and myself they took their time no rush. We both would recommend this urgent care
Absolutely horrible urgent care! Took my son to his primary physician right after leaving here because they just shrugged their shoulders as if they didn’t know how to help a 5 month old with a cold. “Nothing we can do”. His primary physician had no problems helping him and 2 days later he’s back to his normal self! Your answer to my review is unacceptable!! he had it for so long he needed help, it was not going away on its own. If I didn’t get him meds he would have ended up in the hospital with pneumonia! Two days on meds and he’s was already better.
Amanda is amazing and caring person! I wasn't sure what to say DV issue and she made so much easier to explain my injury.. Fast services and same day results on my x-rays and referred write out to specialist …
