To study and present to the public the evolution of Art through the study of the artistic, symbolic treatment of the human form through the ages - from about 1100 B.C. to the present - in the belief that the symbolic use of the human form, depicted through the sensitivity of each era's artists, is one of the strongest ways of communication.
