My husband and I have been patients at this office for years, and it is steadily moving towards poor patient care. Dr Scuderi is an excellent provider, and ever since he left; care here has been unacceptable. Our experience with 2 of the Nurse Practitioners has been a waste of time. This office would benefit by employing practitioners with more experience and understanding of patient care.

I had been attending this office for almost 4 years. The staff had been amazing but over the course of 2021-2022 the amazing Providers left for various reasons. So now there are new providers with a new medical director; and the entire way the office is run has changed. Ive been given the run around a few times. I forsee this office losing many faithful patients because of the way we are treated now. Its sad because originally coming here completely changed my opinion on healthcare, now im stuck having to find another office who considers my needs.

I have been going to this office for about 6 years now and I have had wonderful experiences until the recent months.  As soon as I walk in, there is a receptionist who carries a very bad and unpleasant attitude every time I go. So, on this particular day, I went to this location. The treatment that I received was very unprofessional.  I stated that I was there for my appointment. I was told I had no appointment scheduled. I stated to the receptionist that I do have one my healthcare provider scheduled it right in front of me. I went home and went right back to the office with the documentation that was signed and dated by my health care provider stating the time and date of the appointment. The receptionist then stated that I was the one that wrote it. I tried to explain to her, but she did not care, and she did not want to hear it and basically called me a liar in front of other patients who were also waiting for care.  I told her I have called, emailed and I didn't get a response at all, or I get one when it's too late because I had some life-threatening concerns and she also stated to me that she did not see any calls or emails in the system. The situation escalated because of the tone and attitude she displayed. She never shows any compassion and there have been multiple occasions where she has expressed this same behavior towards me and another family member who has also been going to this office for the same amount of time.

Unprofessional behavior from appointment setter and check out desk.  Treats patients as a group and not individuals, stated all patients make appointments and don’t show up.  I guess this gives him permission to treat individual patients rude and unprofessional.  He even insulted my wife, WOW!

I've gone to this office 10+ years growing up and returned post college. I LOVE Dr McCreadie, she is a great listener and such a caring person. Every nurse I've had here was GREAT and made me feel very comfortable. However, the receptionists I find very rude and every time I call they're not very helpful. Scheduling an appointment over the phone is always unpleasant.. maybe they're just trying to defer people to book online.

I was recommended this practice, specifically Dr. Cuevas for our newborn, and we absolutely love her! We have only had two appointments, but she is very knowledgeable and does a good job of explaining everything that’s changing with baby and all details we need to know! She’s soft with her words and comforts us when new things come up with our daughter. The staff and nurses are very kind and gentle with our daughter! Would highly recommend Dr. Cuevas!  The only downside I had was availability in the beginning, but so far, no other issues!

Doctor Scuderi is a great doctor that recently left.  My new doctor leaves a lot to be desired.   I went for a physical and he only checked my breathing.  I never got out of the chair.   I even told them I had pain in a sensitive area and nope it was not address.   Waste of my morning and will be contacting my insurance to not pay this fraudulent bill I am sure they will be submitting. Big disappointment after 13+years of great service and treatment.

I'll start by saying I hate seeing a doctor. I have put it off for years. But Victoria made me feel so great about my whole experience and they were on time and I didn't have a long wait. It did take me 1 month to get in as a new patient but I was happy I waited.

Love the nurses and dr Cuevas and how thorough she is with my children and their doctor visits !!  She makes sure everything goes smooth and makes sure everything she is talking about is understood.

There is no doctor as great as Dr. Weber.  When specialists I had seen could not determine what was wrong...and didn't seem to care what was wrong.... and when I was in excruciating pain, I was blessed to find Dr. Weber.  He is so intuitive, so caring and so kind...  and thinks "outside the box" … and in less than 3 days, my horrible pain was gone and I was on the road to recovery.  I am so grateful that he came to this clinic.  He is an invaluable asset to the medical field.
