I never got injured on the job because they taught me how to use a knife and cleaver safely. They are good people who look after workers. I think they really try, but the old people say it was better it the 70's. Rock and Roll and disco were big then, too. I prefer EDM.
They illegally obtained my phone number somehow & have contacted me about my FORMER employer & their “practices”. I declined being a part of the union when I was employed with the company & by no means should they have my personal information & be contacting me. Very unprofessional & makes me concerned for my privacy.
The union is a robbery. I am a full time college student and I would like nothing more than to be able to keep my part time paycheck and put it to things I can actually use. Nope. The union doesn’t just take money from my part time student paycheck, but they take money from me even when I don’t work. The fees they take often end up taking more than half of what I earn. The fees also add up the weeks I don’t work. There are some weeks when I’m getting less than $5/ hour because of this. In addition, I receive NOTHING to benefit me. A $0.10 raise every thousand hours? Yeah that’s incredibly beneficial for a part time STUDENT. These people are thieves. Save some money and vote against unions and avoid jobs that place you there or suffer the consequences
My daughter worked for Schnucks for 2 1/2 months over the summer before she went to college. Put in her notice to the employer and got a notice today that she is delinquent in union dues. This is absurd. To take advantage of young kids this way is unacceptable. She WILL NOT be paying any extra fees. In my opinion the younger kids who are only working between semesters and holidays should not be subject to union dues, PERIOD. In my opinion you took money from her that she could have had in a saving to spend on expenses while she is at college. You should be doing things to benefit your college students not taking from them. Disappointed!!!!
Receiving my first pension check they said the 5/1/2022 now I'm being told that's on a Sunday so they're not going to deposit till the 2nd stop telling us we're getting our check on the 1st
was good up until I quit in September, I'm 17 was told I was Delinquent $117 from the last 3 months dues. I'm usually pro Union but this was kind of ridiculous.
I have a phone issue is going on for 1 year+. They are refusing to talk to me about it. I don`t even how they got my brother`s number. But after all that, I don`t even have the option to join or not. If I want to keep my hard earn money, I will.
These people won't stop calling me. The 60 cents they take out of my paycheck wouldn't be so bad if I didn't get called in the middle of school about their BS labor union projects
Been good to me. Only disappointment is they couldn’t get Aldi’s unionized
They do nothing. Just want a paycheck.
