I was lied to by the staff this time around to get me out of the room because as Dr. Victoria tried to tell me “they try to empower kids at the age of 12 to be on their own” i have never had this kind of treatment and we have been going here for 6 years. She is a new dr for my kids within the last year.
I messaged Jenna Fetterman through MyChart and she responded quickly and her office was able to fit my child in for an appointment. Like always, Jenna listened to my concerns and did a very thorough exam. Issue resolved. In addition, the receptionist and LPN are very friendly.
Dr. Petro is always so great with our four-year-old son. She truly cares about his health and takes the time to address our concerns. Thankful that she is his doctor!
They were able to get us in same day. The NP was very kind and listened to me as a mother trying to advocate for my kiddo. All the staff was very friendly.
This place has gone down hill since Jen Woodford and Stacy Jones has left. The receptionist Maggie and Shelly are the only thing good left at this office. We just saw Jenna Fetterman and I would never recommend her to anybody! We went there with my daughter severely sick, gasping for air at night while coughing and she didn’t do anything for us. We were at this office at 1:30 pm diagnosed with nothing besides told us she had fluid on her ears but “they weren’t infected”. We ended up at the walk in 5 hours later to be diagnosed with an ear infection and bronchitis. My daughter then had a spell where she was having difficulty breathing which lead us to the ER at 10 pm. Come to find out my daughter did need a steroid like I mentioned to Jenna at 1:30. As she’s fighting off bronchitis that’s making her oxygen drop when she’s coughing and gasping for air due to asthma. Worst nurse practitioner ever. Doesn’t listen to concerns. Acts as if she knows your child the first time she meets them. You’re better off going else where.
My son is not a patient here. He is a patient of UHS Vestal pediatrics. I called to try to get him seen because of a concern for strep and there were no appointments available in Vestal. The Chenango Bridge office had offered to see Vestal patients as they had a light day for appointments. My son was able to be seen quickly and was able to get the treatment he needed. We had a great experience and I am extremely grateful for their flexibility and accommodations. Thank you!
Since Jennifer Woodford left this place, is not what it used to be. I guess the only good thing is the receptionists are nice.
Office staff is always friendly and helpful! The past two times we’ve been there we saw Victoria Nakimbugwe. She is pleasant to talk to and always explains everything thoroughly and answers any questions we may have! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a pediatrician.
Jennifer Woodford and the staff here are amazing! They are always quick to get back to us and are very helpful. Jenn goes above and beyond to look after her little patients and genuinely cares. Visits are never rushed and she's happy to explain things and answer questions. My only complaint is that my husband and I are too old to be her patients as well!
On Thursday Dec. 29 I called the office to request refills for my child's meds which were running low. I told the receptionist that Dr. Victoria prescribed him the WRONG dosage last time and to please fix this. On Friday i don't hear back from them. I call again on Monday to let them know he is completely out of meds now. Again nothing is done. I call back again on Tuesday to let the receptionist know about this problem...and about the wrong med dosage prescribed him last time. She tells me the Nurse is taking care of it now. By Wed 3 days later its finally refilled...and they still get it wrong! This place just went downhill ever since Dr E left
