Amazing amount of selection! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you're​ a frequent shopper be sure to ask about the rewards points because they can add up to big discounts.
The customer service I received at this location was terrible. I came in for just an even exchange. I had bought the wrong color foundation and need to get the correct shade. I had my receipt and everything. Instead of just doing an exchange, they returned my item and was asking for payment and I explained to them that this was just an exchange that there should be no payment should be necessary and when I expressed I was upset that I was going to out of pocket again the cashier said “I’m sorry your not trying to understand this” under her breath. I felt that was very disrespectful to the situation when I did understand what they were explaining. I just didn’t understand why this couldn’t be treated as an exchange as it was the exact same product just a different shade and I would have to paying again, since it takes days for a return to process. I felt railroaded that they weren’t willing to do the exchange correctly or understand there was another way without payment needed. The lack of respect I received as a customer was absolutely uncalled for.
Do Not go to this stuck up, don't want to wait on you store!! I went in to get some perfume for my daughter's birthday. They asked me was I sure I could afford it? Needless to say, had 1k in pocket and just walked out. WILL NEVER BE BACK.
I went to get a hair cut; but no one was there to do a hair cut. Everyone had gone home. So I left went somewhere else & had it done.
I LOVE Ultra Beauty and stopping in here I had another great shopping experience. I stopped in here to puck up VERB Ghost Dry Oil Spray Disco Edition but they were sold out. I opted for the same stuff just not Disco Edition! They've always got awesome stuff I've just got to have. The employees are super helpful with whatever You need. A great store I will definitely be shopping at again soon. 5
Amanda at the salon did a great job on my hair and all the employees here were so sweet! Store was clean, well stocked and very organized. Would totally come back.

Great customer service when walking into the store the front check out always say welcome to ultra and when shopping you have Associate asking is there anything I can help you with or looking for ? Love it!!! Aaron always helpful and knowledgeable!!! Over all everyone does a great job keep up the awesome job everyone!!!!
Just had the BEST beauty service experience Signature Haircut with Marcus‍ His mesmerizing hands worked magic ad left my super long hair looking SNATCHural...shiny, healthy, sexy...after cutting 4 inches off!!!.! He gave me no guilt trip after coming in looking like I'd been rode hard and put away wet Marcus is so knowledgeable and shared so much hair care tips. Mmm I love my hair again! Come see Marcus!
My wife loves it here. I like to come to, just to poop in their bathrooms. They are always so clean and smell so nice. Thank you Ulta for thinking of us guys. Now just add seats at the front of the store, facing a TV with ESPN on and we are golden.
