Lady I didn't get her name.  She was so helpful with recommendations.  I spent way more than I wanted to but oh well. The cashier was a very unwelcoming but the young lady who actually helped me overrides that. I didn't get my receipt emailed to me unfortunately.  Update not only Did she not give me my receipt? But she took my reward points. So just be careful to make sure you ask for your receipt. Don't ask for it to be email to you. Make sure your phone number is on there. As you gave it to her because my points went to her.

Ulta mall of Georgia must need to improve the customer service. I was with my son buying a perfume for him we Asked for Hugo Boss fragrance and after 10 minutes waiting other lady different than the lady we asked came to us and said " we don't have in stock" they didn't suggest other fragrance or asked if we need further assistance. Ulta beauty store is great but this location in Buford GA is not.

On Saturday, I had a problem, and when I called, Cory answered. She was so professional, nice, and helped me out! I will definitely be coming back to this Ulta.

I love Ulta!  I met a great makeup artist this time. Her name is Royal. She is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, caring & someone I will go back to. She introduced me to some other brand also. I love them.

Went in here today today and the interaction I had at the register while spending 386$ in there store was extremely unpleasant. Came across rude, unfriendly, and not a suggestion made when having trouble checking out.. I had to ask why this merchandise credit had to be slid 7 times and if they could just help me or apply it themselves at this point. Just stood there making an ugly face while a manger helped who was behind her. Not a thank you for spending this much money.. absolutely Nothing. Last impression is a lasting one. I just walked off. Literally I can get this stuff tons of other places. Came here since I had that merchandise credit to begin with.  Bought 2 perfumes, salon products and makeup. Nope not again.  Back to Macys or Sephora!

I was having problems covering a some Sun spots on my face, and even though I’ve lived in my house for many years it’s the first time I went into Ulta. There’s so much to look at, and when the assistant asked me if I needed help  because I must’ve looked very confused, she hooked me up with a couple of products including a vitamin C serum. I have had wonderful results. I am able to cover the spots, and they have been getting lighter due to the serum she recommended. I will definitely be going back there.

Taylor in the salon is the best! She’s engaging and listens and then delivers! She’s super friendly and knowledgeable - she gives me great advice on caring for my hair. Even after multiple color changes in a short amount of time, it’s still thick and healthy. Please go see Taylor Rogers for all things hair! She also pierces ears and gives THE best scalp massages!

This will be my first and last time going to this location. The staff paid more attention to unboxing merchandise and socializing in the middle of the aisle rather than actually helping customers. Oh and the cackling about customers walking fast and the stern face was loud enough of a greeting. If I didn't have a gift certificate I would have taken my business to sephora where customers seem to come first. It's a no for me!

I'm honestly really disappointed in my visit today.  I went in looking for Tarte Cloud foundation or a cheaper alternative.  There was no one around to ask for help.  When I did find someone, Megan, she was not helpful.  She lead me around a few places and asked me some clarifying questions such as coverage or my skin shade.  However, being completely new to makeup, I did not have answers and had no idea.  I told her this and it seemed to be a problem.  I eventually just had to tell her that I'll settle on the Tarte to disconnect from the interaction.  They of course did not have it so I had to order it online.  As I was walking around looking for other products, I saw a group of associates, including Megan, hanging out by themselves in the middle of the store in a group.  No wonder there was no one available to help.  The only reason this review was not a single star is because of the amazing young woman who helped me with my return and placing the order for the foundation.  I wish my experience was better.  Snellville was amazing so I was hoping to have a similar experience.  Oh well.

Had a Christmas party to attend.  Went to the Ulta Salon  for make up and eyelash application. Camille was wonderful! Professional and helpful. She ended up styling my hair too. I was so happy with all her service! I highly recommend her and will be back!
