Tyanna worked her magic on my eyebrows! I did the brow Lamination because my brows looked very thin, flat and I had sparse areas from over plucking in the past and Tyanna got my brows looking fluffy full and fierce! They are so easy for me to style and fill in and just generally manage now. She cleaned them up and was so sweet and professional. If you're looking to change your brows and your life with this, RUN don't walk and schedule a brown lamination with her.
We wanted to post a review on Arlande at store 1358 in Pompano Beach. Her performance was well worth it!! We were transaction 8129; a rather large ticket. We wanted to use a credit card that I didn’t have with me. Arlande was able to take a substantial amount of time with us, She performed her tasks professionally and patiently despite the growing line behind us. Her joyful countenance throughout the entire transaction was refreshing and contagious. We have shopped here for years. This was by far the best service we have received. Thank you Arlande for making our experience enjoyable. Keep up the great work!
Paid over $100 for a terrible haircut because I didn't want to be rude and make a scene. The stylist was incapable of cutting bangs, but charged me anyway. Also given the nature of Ulta's recent podcasts I cannot support this or any of their other stores.
Went to get my hair done on 12/30 and the stylist Denise absolutely ruined my hair! she over processed it. Not only did she have me there all day but they had the nerve to rush the process at the end of the night. They turned the lights off while I was still in the chair. she ruined my hair and this is how I had to leave! with a rats nest on my head! I've already filed a complaint with the BBB next step will be contacting an attorney! No one is trying to offer me help and fix my hair without me having to pay AGAIN! I will continue to escalate this situation! This is not my hair texture! These pictures were taken before leaving the salon!
I love this location. Merry for one has always been the one to help me whether it was with makeup or hair products. The hair dressers also were very familiar with curly hair and the products that would be most helpful. Everyone at this location is very down to earth, and this was my favorite location that I’ve been too.
Denise did my hair. My hair colors I came in was a mess. I had it dyed my hair blue a year ago. My hair was brown, green/aqua and blue. Basically my hair was a disaster! Denise worked her magic and made my hair beautiful. Thank you Denise
I don’t know it it’s common for those employees to mistreat some customers or just not do their job. I came into the store didn’t got a word said to me. I wanted to buy a couple of things but no one helped me find anything. I don’t know if the lady with grey hair is the manager but she followed me around like a was not trustworthy. Anyway I saw a different treatment with other people. I ended up buying many products and would have brought twice as much if I had the help. Please find people that actually do their job, and aren’t lazy, or ignores the customer when asked for help.
With the exception of the cashier, who actually smiled at me, they are rude with absolutely ZERO interest in customers. Never coming back.
This location is right near good shopping and dining also.
Good customer service, very neat and well organized and a great variety of beauty products.
