Angela was the cashier who was helping me with my transaction. When she asked me if I found everything I needed..... I actually needed help finding some cerave sunblock. She requested someone to bring it upfront, but they brought the wrong one. She went to the back and located the one I wanted to purchase. She was the sweetest!
I scheduled an appointment after 5 pm for coloring. Since I was unsure, I went to the location in person and booked the appointment. My first appointment with this store was canceled due to staff calling off. Though I understand employees can have emergencies, something tells me someone made a scheduling error by approving the timing. Even though I told her I had an important event, the staff informed me she could schedule me for the next day, but she couldn't guarantee that the only staff that works after 5 pm would be there. I had other future appointments for other services, I cancelled it and took my business somewhere else.
I love this place. So much more to choose from than Sally's and Sephora. And they have curb side pick up that Sally's and Sephora does not offer.
Joseline is my Stylist and Antoinette is my esthetician. They are absolutely amazing at their job. Highly recommend both of them
Omg my daughters took me there on a shopping spree for my B-Day on 8/21/22 they have every brand you can think of 400.00 later thanks girls love you mom.
I love ulta beauty. They have amazing products at reasonable prices. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was looking for a specific product and the sales associate stayed with me until she found it. I 100% recommend this location.
Fun to shop here because there's other things to do as well and good food.

Came by for my favorites. I like this location because they're always stocked,and lines are shorter.
Terrible customer service. The associate was not paying attention to me. I asked her if they carried a powder and she began speaking with her coworker. She barely even looked for the powder in the drawers. This young lady needs to be trained for customer service or find another employment. Very disappointed.
