I had an amazing experience at this Ulta store. Wonderful worker Carla took her time to help me get faced-matched. When I was being indecisive, Carla had patience to explore more options with trying different brands and colors. Two of my younger daughters came along with me, Carla made me feel less guilty when she shared she likes helping people get the right color matched. Grateful to had received Carla’s skills and time, wanted to take my time to recognize Carla and this store!!! Will be returning to this particular Ulta again.
Women, you want everything in one building when it comes to you. Makeup, hair products, colonhe, perfume, oh and beauty make over!! Salon, eyelash installation. So much more for you. Love this place!! Prices are real good too. Gotta go and enjoy
I always have a memorable experience, amazing customer service. The staff are very non judgemental and educated! They always help me find exactly what I need. And I leave feeling satisfied with my purchase, more than satisfied because I know I found a product that is going to make me feel great about myself. Thank you for all that you do!
I love this store! So much fun now shopping for hair products, make-up, and everything in between.
Love the atmosphere in here! You walk in and there are a bunch of bright lights, great music on, and delicious smells! Love all the products! Not so much the prices because I have found some of the different beauty products cheaper but they do have them all in one place! They also allow you to sample all the products with thier testers! Amazing place!
I was so disappointed when I went there today. I called before I went letting one of the floor managers know on the phone a 24/7prvission eye liner pencil was defected. It was drying up on the inside and I could not use it. She herself saw it and said it was defective. And paying around $15 or so for it of course I want one I can actually use.After getting there Iwent got another one like she said waited went to the front. After I get there the cashier said she can't find my information in the history. I actually bought 4that day. She insinuated like I stole it in the end then takes it back saying . I am not saying you did. I shopped there a lot and spent a lot on money there. And will not anymore. I left with not a replacement was all I asked back. Not the money. Just for them to make it right. So they lost a good paying customer and I will definitely let friends and family know so they to will not shop there.
Lots and lots and lots of make up. From a man's point of view, it's just confusing because there are so many brands and different products to choose from, it is just overwhelming. If you know what you want... Great! If you don't, they DO have consulting experts there to help you .
Nice employees and a good selection of items. The store didn't have any other customers in it when I entered and it was awkwardly quiet while I was shopping. The employees were eager to assist and pleasant when they greeted me but it felt like I was interrupting a meeting or in the wrong place at the wrong time. Music, work related conversation or even busy work by the employees would have made the visit more comfortable and I would have shopped longer. Instead I purchased the one item I went in for and didn't browse for additional items.
The customer service is excellent! I went in to get a specific shade of red lipstick and the customer service person helped me really quickly. Then I had time to be in awe of all the amazing things they have! They have hair dryers and brush dryers available to test out. I've been wondering about the hair dryer that isn't the typical shape and it's amazing!! They had a blow dryer with a diffuser hand on it for curly hair. Looked weird buy really cool. Thanks to Ulta I was able to see how different hair dryers are and I can make a better choice of what I want...
I've been to this location twice and the store was a hot mess on both occasions. Shelves were wrecked, shipments in the middle of the aisle, etc. This time, I witnessed a manager tell an associate who requested help with a customer, "and this is why you add everyone to the loyalty program." Come to find out, neither the associate or the manager could understand what the customer wanted and it had nothing to do with the loyalty program. I bought a perfume that was advertised to have a free gift. This same associate said it wasn't on the paper so they must have run out or something. I mentioned there was a sign but she said it's not on the paper. Very disappointed since I bought a more expensive product due to the promotion. Will not be returning to this location
