Went there to get my ears pierced and it was great. The lady there was super nice and upbeat! She was super understanding and would let you stop midway if you needed to! She was so fun and I loved her bright colourful hair! 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful assortment of beauty "must haves" for women and men alike. Great fragrances for men and women, hair care, skin care, and styling tools. There's a salon here, too. Prices seem to be a bit higher on some things, but this is a one stop shop! Great staff, always eager to assist or answer questions.

Please add pictures of all the people in the salon! Also if your going to have hairdressers maybe hire a more diverse team and ones who can do all types of hair.  I came in for Mothers Day to treat my Mom to get her hair done. Imagine my surprise when being told they could not accommodate us. First. the online system is not updated for one, I had booked my appointment before the store opened apparently. I was told upon arrival that was a glitch. When I arrived at the salon the lady had sent another staff member to tell me they could not do my hair. I then told her it's not for me but my mom. The hairdresser came out looked at my mom's hair which is shoulder length and thick and told us for the look we wanted we could not achieve it i. 30 minutes. I was confused how we were going off time when were already late since I had to eait until the stored opened to come in at 10 am.  While I appreciate the honesty it was still disappointing and just makes it even more important that if you have a team that can't work with everyone's hair type then maybe you need to evaluate how and what your team looks like.  My normal stylist was out of town or I would never have booked them to begin with but does not change the fact Ulta needs to hire a diverse staff in the salon.

I had a great experience A young man greeted me at the door and helped me find all the things I was looking for.  I had came from Kohl's sephora store and the experience there was totally opposite.  I wish I could tell you the name of the person at ulta. He was so helpful.

I got my brows and lashes done here ! 10/10 i will always recommend them! I got a strip lash and brow wax. I was very happy and pleased with my service.

Amazing! Every glam girls dream.. Staff are so helpful , store is CLEAN AND ORGANIZED.  EASY TO FIND WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR..

I was just racially profiled today by 3 of their employees 1 being a manager name Amy. I always shop at ulta if it's not every week it's every other week. I had notes in my phone and was comparing vitamins c serums. First an employee kept walking pass me looking at me then here comes the manager pretending like she was looking for something then I notice what was going on I went to another lane just to make sure I was not tripping and here comes the manager Amy again following me to the next lane. I looked at her she then walks over to the prefume and start watching me from there I walked down another now comes the same employee watching me now. I walked off then came back to both employees and told them I didn't like how they was following me I spend hundreds of dollars in that store on a monthly basis.  I gets to the register it's Amy again she stop following me from the floor and followed me to the registers and starts checking me out. I also told her that I didn't like being followed inside the store. She never apologized or denied she just kept a smirk on her face

I believeeeee my stylist’s name was Carmen & she was the best! Highly recommend!

I like this store. I use the beauty services and have been doing so consistently for under a year. I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and love it.

Fairly decent place for any beauty needs actually found a a few favorite products in the store...no worries with ordering them on line and having to wait.. this place is less than 5 minutes from where I live!!!
