All the employees were very friendly and very helpful. My granddaughter is 9 and wanted to go. She enjoyed being there and looking around.. She found a few things there. We did make a purchase. We will be back again. Always nice to shop in a very clean and organized store. Thank you
I went in to buy my favorite perfume but it’s no longer offered at this location. No biggie; I browsed and was offered help a few times until I decided to try some new make up. Nor I hope that’s how you spell it was SUPER helpful because it’s been a while since I tried pressed powder. She matched me up perfectly. She also suggested that although they were put of Gucci Bamboo, I should try another scent. I did and it smells amazing. Nice experience….
This is my first time coming to this location. I came in 4/6/23. There was a perfume that was suppose to be in stock here that I wanted to smell. I walked in and went straight to the perfume section. I didn’t see the one I was looking for so I sprayed other perfume. An employee came up and asked if I needed help. I told her no. After that she just stood next to me and watched me. This made me feel uncomfortable. I’ve never had this issue at other locations. I asked her where could I find a product she said it’s over there in the middle. I thought she would have shown me. It wasn’t close by the perfume where I could see it. So I asked someone else. I’m not sure if the employee in the perfume section was told to stay in that section to watch customers but you all need to figure something else out so customers do not feel this way. Then there was the other employee that rung me up. She seemed irritated after I declined signing up for a credit card. She just gave me my total she didn’t mention that I had any points. So I informed her that I had points and a coupon. She kept giving me the total before I could get the barcode for her to scan. I will not return.
Came in to pick up an online order but decided to look around before heading to the cash register. Not one but two employees were following me around the store and asked me multiple times if I needed help. I said "no thanks" each time but they still followed me and were watching me!!! I felt so uncomfortable. I almost just left without getting what I had ordered. Instead of harassing people, why dont they just check reciepts upon leaving? Please stop this as it is a huge turn off.
Every staff member is amazing but I wanna really say thank you to Lauren at the Beauty Bar! She’s absolutely amazing and so nice to talk to, I recommend everyone that needs their eyebrows done to go to her. She’s super thorough and makes sure everything is up to par. I will always come back to this ulta!!

Came in looking for ax exfoliate and Johnathan directed me to this Clinique product. I have never had a product work so well on my face. No line went straight to the register and the store was pretty packed. Great customer service!
Not the location I normally go to, but when I do stop in here if another location doesn’t have an item I need in stock, it’s always a pleasant experience. Employees are always friendly and I’m able to get in and out quickly.

I was there last week before my trip. I couldn't find some products but Sarah helped me so much. She is so kind and even went out of her way to grab the things I needed herself. She is so sweet, so welcoming and she was asking anyone she passed if they needed help. She also helped me with recommendations for specific types of make up brands, very knowledgeable on make up and where everything is. Thank you so much Sarah!!!
