Very nice Ulta, friendly staff that were very helpful and informative. With a variety to choose from I hadn't seen before in other stores. Several gaming cross over items which was welcome suprise.
Employees are friendly and happy. Kennedy did a great job on my hair!! The store is clean and organized. Plenty of services such as facials, hair, makeup, waxing and all my favorite hair and beauty products. I can always find someone to answer any questions I have. Absolutely enjoy my experiences here.
I went in today and had a really nice experience being helped by Haley not sure if I’m spelling it right. She was so personable and friendly, answered my questions, double checked prices, and showed me around some new makeup suggestions, which I’m eager to try at some point. She seems genuinely passionate about what she’s doing & really went above and beyond to help me. Also, her makeup was on point
Words can't even describe the AMAZING experience we had here! BERNARD and KENYA were PHENOMENAL!!!!! I took my daughter here for her 1st make-up trip. They treated her like a princess! They took their time and found the perfect products and matches and showed her how to use them. I was so impressed that i attempted to tip them which they would not accept. They truly enjoy and take pride in their job! THEY ARE ABSOLUTE GEMS!!!!! Thank you so much Bernard and Kenya!
Had my makeup done on Saturday. It was hideous, looked like someone gave me two black eyes . I was embarrassed to walk around the store to look for makeup I could buy to fix the mess. It was my fault for not saying anything at the time, but I’m extremely uncomfortable with direct confrontation. I still have to pay for the makeup service even though I had to buy makeup so I could fix it. I worked hard to earn the money to treat myself and to have it washed the drain is really a downer. Never again, lesson learned. Hope the makeup artist skills improve in the future and this doesn’t happen to anyone else or client is more brave than me and says something at the time of service.
My daughter and I visited your store looking for a pore reducer cleanser. My daughter has never worn NO make up ever and looking for a cleanser or something to help her pores. I went to the front of store asked one of the 'girls' if she can help us. Her name was Stephanie and she kept asking me questions about EXACTLY what I was looking for help for and at the sametime she was cleaning a glass table and not making eye contact w/me much. She was more concentrated on cleaning that glass more than getting me some help. I then asked her "Well can you come over where my daughter is and help her?" Then seems she got aggravated with me and sarcastically said-at that time making eye contact w me-"Well let me get my crutches and go see her!" Then surprise surprise she sends another person to help us. That girl's name was Cleo and she was VERY helpful. Stephanie was horrible! She made me feel stupid and it was obvious she did NOT want to do her job and be a helpful consultant.
Love this Ulta! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. Bernard,with Clinique, did an awesome job color matching me and helping me pick out the perfect foundation.
It is very rare that I am compelled to use my time to leave a negative review however this store has changed that. I spent no more than 3 whole minutes in the store. In that short time I was followed through the little bit of the store that I was able to see before becoming to irritated to get the products I travelled 15 miles for. I was approached by 7 employees within the 3 minutes I spent in the store. You’re probably wondering why. I am a Black American and likely assumed to have flawed character. Needless to say I haven’t and will not spend a single dime of my money among such disgusting company. Shame on you all!
I really love most of products in this store. I buy all my Olaplex hair care from here and I’ve received great tips for my daughters very curly hair. And, the return policy regarding mascara is wonderful. I’ve been searching for the perfect one and that really is a luxury to have. However. The rep that is there for Lancome is really pushy. Doesn’t listen to you when you have questions, doesn’t help you find what’s right for you.. doesn’t recommend any other product than the 1 that she sells. And I get it you’re a representative of that brand, but if I mention I’m looking for a certain thing, please help me shop for what I’m looking for versus only using “this is my top seller and everyone buys this one” as your only selling points. I am a store manager of a retail store and wouldn’t appreciate my employee acting the way she did. Let the product sell itself. All of the employees there are wonderful with helping you brainstorm and find the best product for you. The reps could use some hospitality training.
Went in today to have my hair cut, colored and styled. As always Melissa did my hair and she did an amazing job. Kennedy did the finishing touches of blowing it out. I feel like a new woman. Thank you ladies for making my day a brighter one. Thanks Melissa for being my Stylist for 12 years
