I would just like to say that Nik is amazing, they were wonderful and so nice to me and helped me find exactly what I needed. They helped me and my grandma find everything and showed us a few things to get online it was perfect. I’m Farley new to makeup and they were so nice to me and I really appreciated it. They gave me good advice and were overall friendly and just wonderful to be around. If any management reads this please give them a raise they are truly amazing
Came here already looking for Good Molecules skin care products and Tatiana helped me pointed out where the products were. My cashier Alejandra was also nice and sweet. I am one happy customer!! Can’t wait to try these new products!!
Not only did I get 5x points with my pick up order, it was my first time doing one! The process was beyond smooth, and the employees are so kind. I even had to return 2 items and they helped me do so promptly. The employee named Alyssa was beyond kind and explained all about my Ultamate credit card and tips on how to get extra points!! I’m new to Ulta but it’s already become my favorite store. The employees give me recommendations, tips, and color matching. I truly feel so inspired everytime I walk in!! Thank you Ulta team!
Wonderful experience for the kids. We had makeup done and they loved the experience. The learned how to make their selves feel beautiful and got to take makeup home. Highly recommend for all ages and definitely if your getting ready to go out or an event.
Even though I went in thinking I knew what I needed the lady talked with me about my skin and what my ultimate goal was and she was able to provide me with something that would work better for me than I thought. I also wanted to get something for my 15-year-old daughter and she provided me with a product that was at a much less expensive price range but still yet effective and of quality. Great experience and service that met my needs.
Unfortunately I don’t feel comfortable with the nasty manager from this Ulta. Every time I go to this store the asian looking manager is the most rudest meanest employee from this store! I think her name is tina ! I had to ask another employee for her name since she cowardly refused to tell her name. That let you know how trash this employee is. The other staff members are really good !
It's a wonderland of beauty products! The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful to customers without being high pressure.
This place is usually quite busy, but the staff are quick to help you find anything or give helpful tips on skin types and makeup that would work for your budget and preference. The lady that helped me got me set up with a great moisturizing system and a great foundation and concealer! Definitely reccomend Ulta if you don't know what to get for your makeup or moisturizing needs!!
I went in looking for a larger make-up organizer. They had 1 small one. It is something I would expect them to have since it is one of their main categories.
Brought my girls in for girl time. I am not a big makeup user, never have been, but my youngest 11 really wants to start learning. Alicia was so extremely helpful getting my daughter started, from beginning with the basics of cleanser to some light makeup for her to try. Most people look at it that’s she’s a kid and would try to sell to the parent. Alicia listened to what my daughter liked and helped her pick it out. Then she helped my older daughter find a good concealer for her skin and to pick out a couple things as well. I’ve brought my oldest in before and always have had a good experience, but this time blew it all away. Truly an awesome experience.
