We believe in using “food as thy medicine” and provide shopping trips to places like Whole Foods and Max Wellness to equipped our clients with the knowledge of how to read food labels and why buying Organic is better than buying “regular” or GMO foods. We give personalized meal plans and ongoing support to keep clients on track with our social media and email.
