I found having Mitch fit me extremely helpful. He pulled out several pairs of shoes that I had trained with in the past but also pulled someone new ones. He ended up getting me hooked on the new brooks glycerins. This was the first time I’ve tried this shoe and it’s the most I’ve liked one in a while. Kudos to mitch and the team on their great work !
Well worth the hour drive to get there! My salesman Cory was awesome to work with. He took the time needed to make sure I had the perfect fit for my needs. I came home so satisfied with my purchase that now my husband wants to go. I would highly recommend Ultimate Fit and ask for Cory he was great!
I've never had a better shoe fitting experience for my family or myself than our most recent one at Ultimate Fit Shoes. I've always had a neutral stance and gate, so 'picking shoes' has always been 'easy'. Well, I learned a little more about myself during the fitting and the need for insoles. Sharon was amazing throughout the whole process. She explained what she was doing and how it would help. She brought out several shoes after the fitting and we discussed each one. In the end we found the ASICS Novablast 3 to be the best shoe for me with a powerstep insert. These shoes have felt great since I put them on and walking is even easier. I dare say these are the best fitting most comfortable shoes, I've ever owned and they will help me achieve my fitness goals. Sharon even taught me how to properly lace and tie the shoes using the last eyelet. game changer! Thank you Ultimate Fit and more importantly.... THANK YOU SHARON!
Drew met me as soon as I walked in the door. He explained how they helped fit you for the best shoe for your feet and was very patient and helpful through out the entire visit. I ended up with a comfortable shoe and a great shopping experience. I lost count of how many shoes Drew brought out for me to try on, and seemed very eager to make sure I had the best shoe for comfort and my particular needs. Highly recommend!
I brought my wife in to get fitted for new shoes, she works retail and is on her feet constantly. We were greeted by Drew once we entered the store and he started right away with the sizing process. I was impressed with the 3D scan and Drew brought out several different brands based on fit. My wife narrowed her search down and we got the custom fit insoles as well. I appreciated that the entire process was focused around fit and comfort and not the sale of any particular shoe or product. We were impressed and pleased with the overall process and experience and we will definitely be back! Keep up the great work drew and crew!
Trent was super helpful every step of picking out the best shoes for me. He explained the scan of my feet and helped make some custom inserts which have made a huge difference in my running & walking. All the employees were busy helping other customers with very little standing around. Definitely recommend!
I drove down from Bloomington today and I'm sure glad I did. Austin measured my feet, took note of my gait, and analyzed my arches and pronation to ensure I ended up with the perfect fit. I left with an awesome pair of shoes and ordered a second pair to be sent to my home. Thanks, Ultimate Fit. This was my second visit to your store for shoes and I've had nothing but positive experiences that exceeded my expectations!
I can highly recommend this shoe store for people with serious foot issues. I have plantar faciiatis and Achilles tendonitis and have tri3d through th3 internet and the VA to get shoes that will take care of ny painful problems. This place does a scientific approach to helping you heal. They have a machine that scans your feet and provides a readout of their findings. They can also make an insert molded to your feet!! I bought a pair of shoes yesterday from Melissa. She spent an hour and 45 minutes with me. She helped my so very much!! She was very knowledgeable about their products!! If you have problems with your feet go there, they will find a way to help you!!
Sharon is by far one of the best when it comes to shoes and feet comfort. She is incredibly personable and brought smiles to our faces. On top of that, she definitely knows her store an product incredibly well. She helped my wife and I with shoes for comfortable movement on our upcoming honeymoon to Los Angeles and Orlando. We left incredibly satisfied, and our feet have been thanking her ever since. The store itself was incredibly clean and organized, the employees were very welcoming and so polite. Will definitely be purchasing shoes from here again.
I’ve been running for about a year and it was time to upgrade! We were immediately greeted when we walked in even tho they were busy. Shelby quickly came and helped us. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Addressed all of my concerns picked out 4 pairs of shoes for me to try on. I ended up with the Brooks GTS glycerins. Will definitely be back next time i need to upgrade!
