Ultimate Fitness is a 24/7 gym created for people to work out anytime of the day. A variety of classes will be offered throughout the week. One on one or group training specials will also be available upon request. Speed and Strength Development, taught by Patrick Hanrahan is for athletes of all ages trying to improve their overall physical performance.
