The Founder & Director:
Ed Baier, R.Hy. is the Founder and Director of Ultimate Mind Dynamics in Medway, MA with over 30 years experience in meditation, hypnotherapy and other healing modalities where he has assisted others in personal growth through both private sessions and group training programs. Ed is certified as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist by the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) and is a lifetime member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT).
Ed is a lifelong believer in the powers of one's own mind and the need to understand and utilize it properly. His Mind Dynamics' Program is the culmination of his life's work on the subject where he has utilized the techniques in both his private and corporate life. Ed is retired from a Fortune 100 Corporation where he learned to integrate the principles while interacting with diverse groups of people in a Project Management role.
In addition, Ed is a firm believer in the KIS Principle (Keep It Simple) and has a knack for demystifying the concepts of the Mind so the insights, principles and techniques can be easily integrated to help you become more powerful, effective and successful in life.
