One of the decals on my Mercedes Benz CLA 45 AMG "Turbo 4Matic" was broken. The "T" was broken, I noted this immediately after going through wash after wiping excess water away. This was likely done by the manual scrubbing, as I noticed broken Bristol's wedged between the "AMG" decal in the back, luckily this decal was not snapped off too.
Basic wash is 10$ and it’s ok. Not great, not bad. It got the dust and pollen off my car, but left soap in the door jambs, etc. I think if it were 6$ wash it would be more worth the money and get a better star rating. But for what it is, at 10$ a basic wash, three stars only because it does the job fair enough.
There was an issue with my vehicle ride height. It was informed my frame may get hung up on the tire guide rails. After further inspection, my vehicle was cleared to go through safely. Thank you for taking the time to rectify this situation.
Does a great job cleaning my wife’s Honda Passport. My Toyota Tacoma not so great as the tire dressing leaves me with little black spots on the sides of the trunk when I drive away.
We subscribe to the top level car wash package and have been very pleased with the results. Having a monthly subscription service allows us to go as frequently as needed to keep our vehicle clean and shiny. Having the free vacuums for any level of wash is a big plus. We have never had any issues with the service or the staff and the staff is always willing to assist if there are any questions or concerns.
Great! However I opted not to renew for the winter and I cannot use my card because it was declined. I would like to renew in the spring, because I do not use car washing in the winter. In and out quick, love the free vacuums, towels, and spray bottles. Plus the mat vacuum machine is awesome!
Since Southern Carwash in Johnson City is closed for now we tried Ultimate to clean our car. They offer a monthly rate for unlimited car washes for a specified car with 4 different price ranges should you want to sign up for any of these. Since we had not been there before we opted for a single car wash. There are four levels of washing and we went for the Ultimate for $20. You drive up and put the car in neutral and then sit back and enjoy the show. The car wash has many different sprays, soaping and drying during the washing. After exiting the washing there are stations to vacuum the inside as well as cloths and spray bottles to clean the inside of the windshield. There is also a vending machine to purchase extra cleaning products for the inside. There are two vacuum hoses per station with the difference being the nozzles. I must say the suction on either hose is really strong so make sure little items in the car are put away otherwise you will be sifting through the can where the vacuums empty. With the car wash and interior cleaning I figure we will be back next time we need to wash our car.
Well paid 16.00, thinking it would get everything clean,shiny, and dried off without getting out of your car in the cold to clean, and dry off the missed places! The whole drivers side didn't rinse off any of the soap so like I said before 16.00 you think you get 16.00 worth but NO!!! Doesn't matter to say anything to staff cause this ain't the first time this has happened and the staff said it's setup for almost every vehicle but sometimes it doesn't read correctly, whatever that means! Any who just be prepared to basically clean your car afterwards no matter how much you spend!!!
