As soon as I came into the store today I was met with the question “going in or getting off?”, I realize the man behind the counter, Harrison, was referring my Burger King uniform, I chuckled, and told him I had just got off work. He follows as standard, checking my ID and asking what I came in for. I tell him I’m looking for a cartridge battery and he enthusiastically started telling me about their fine selection, even helping find the one that would be best for me. He was very personable and brought a wonderful energy to the place. I’ll for sure be coming back!
I am and always will be a regular here. I have went to both the Park Hills and Desloge locations and am immediately treated like family. Everyone is always extremely knowledgeable about the products and friendly as can be. Special shoutout to Harrison though! He is my absolute favorite and always makes my visit enjoyable. Thanks for that! I also need to add Tiffany and Brett to this as well! After dealing with them I just have to say how absolutely great they both are as well! This place is without a doubt my go to and just a fun place to stop in and see friendly faces! Love you all and ALWAYS look forward to my visits! Thank you for what you guys do!
Harrison at the Park Hills location is absolutely amazing. Always friendly, super helpful, and always makes it a great experience! Always brightens my day when he is there when I stop in.
Just way overpriced! Folks very nice. After looking into pricing around town, I fund their vaping store prices to be reasonable. Kyle the manager is a great guy to work with as well as all employees. Help you find whats right for you until your satisfied!
Harrison was in shop when i went in he's very knowledgeable about things in the shop, friendly, chill, and all around seems like he is the kind of guy anyone would want to work with for their purchase or as a coworker
Every Ultimate Vape I've been in has poor selection and overpriced. But, the staff have all been good which is the only reason I gave them any stars.
I went into the park hills location to get a new mod and tank. Harrison helped me get exactly what I wanted! I really hope he’s working next time I go in!
Been shopping the Park Hills Ultimate Vapor location for the past couple of years and have dealt with a few different sales people, one of the sales clerks in particular really made shopping a pleasant experience and came across as they really enjoyed what they were doing and were very knowledgeable and helpful in my purchases at this location. At one point not too long ago, I visited a few times and she was no longer there, I just assumed that she had moved on, but after visiting the location on 4/30/22 I was pleasantly surprised to see that she was back with the same outgoing, upbeat personality and asked her her name so I could find a way of letting other readers know that its a good place to shop, her name was Cat and I commended her on a great job. Hopefully you will have the same experience I did!

i always have a great experience going into ultimate vapor in park hills. Tiffany is a great sales associate & always has a cheerful attitude when i come in. She always keeps me up to date with the deals they have & helps me find what i want with no problems. Highly recommend visiting this store when your in the neighborhood!
