Posting this right now so that you can see the time of service and the time of this post, which is literally within the hour of my service being completed. Mainly doing this because I know the owners like to play the blame game and will make some excuse out of, the bad or incomplete service. Aside from the usual rude interaction from the cashier, please see the stains, blue fingerprints, melted paint on my car. Somehow the paint literally melted upon them cleaning it and they did a terrible job with cleaning on the outside. I’ve tried to give this place another chance after a previous bad experience, but because they keep making excuses I really can’t anymore. I paid for the $75 package by the way for a full interior and exterior cleaning. Please save your money and go some place else. I already know this will ignite the account holder to send their usual general message of stating how it wasn’t their fault. Spending this amount of money is no joke for continuous bad service. Take accountability please.

Miguel was extremely hospitable for me today. I was looking for a car detail just to get some quick fixes on my Mazda Sedan. Miguel went out his way to use certain chemical and machinery to help expedite what I needed done all by himself. His help was very needed and him being patient and super respectful made me even more comfortable and want to keep coming back to this car wash.

I am a monthly member and I needed a full detail. Miguel took great care of my car. He got all of the hard water spots out of my Tesla. Detailed the entire interior and the exterior is as good as new.

This place is busy so I feel like sometimes the cars are being rushed.  I left with such bad streak marks inside my windshield I had to clean them myself.  Other than that it was ok worth $70 for the one I chose I would say not.  .

This place is pretty unreliable.  After my $50 car wash, I go to retrieve my car and notice it still has brown spots all over the rear quarter panel.  I asked for them to be removed… they refused saying I would need to bring it back and pay for a detail.  They refused to refund.  I spent 10 minutes cleaning the spots off and then had to haggle with the manager just to run it through the wash again.  I left, after 2 hours, with car that I had cleaned without any of the treatments I paid $50 for.

I found them to do a pretty good job. From the time they started to the time they finished, it took about 30 minutes. I got the Super Sonic with a $5 extra for Rain-X. The ladies didn't really speak English well, but you can bet your sweet American freedom that they do a bang-up job wiping down and cleaning your car's interior. I will admit that there were a few spots they didn't dry properly and they didn't clean the inside of my wheel spokes, but considering this isn't their own car and they have a lot of other customers, they did a great job. I can see why people are mad at their service, but considering the price and the result, it's not a big deal! Give this place a try before you judge them too harshly. It might become your go-to spot!

This place is a rip-off. They gave you crappie work. Most of their staff barely understood your instructions, and yet by the time they ended, your car  over to you still looked dirty/unfinished. I brought over a Cadillac escalade platinum for detailed service and paid the highest price deal in the menu. Unfortunately, I regret wasting my money & brought my business to them never again. My first and last time going over there. From now I rather get all my equipment at auto zones. I washed it myself, and I also advised some of you to spare a little time to do it yourself.

I fell in love with Super Sonic Car Wash the very first time I came here. I haven’t gone to any other car wash since that first time. They have individual teams for each process from start to finish which makes the operation run as smooth as diarrhea  I couldn’t resist. I even love the architecture of this place. It looks like an old English castle—a small castle but a castle nonetheless—and for it to be a car wash is simply amazing. I don’t mind waiting for as long as the service takes, because they are meticulous and careful about cleaning my car from top to bottom, end to end.  I know I will be nothing less than satisfied. If I had the time to come more often, I would certainly buy the monthly service for $50well $44.99 but you know taxes. I brought my brand new Lexus there. This was the 3rd time I had a car wash clean my car; since I am very meticulous and try to make time to clean it myself. As soon as they finished, I noticed there was extensive damage on my console by the shift stick.  I spoke to the manager who argued that my car had to be damaged prior to them cleaning it.  I am very upset, since I know that my car did not have any damage prior to going there.
