The heart of the Umpqua Valley in southern Oregon is rich in culture and the arts. Since 1979 the Umpqua Valley Arts Association has been involved in the culture and community of Roseburg and Douglas County.
Directions -
I-5 - Take Exit 124 City Center. Take a left at the stop coming off I-5. Head west on Harvard Ave approx. .6 miles. Take a right at Fir Grove Elementary School (Stewart Park Drive) and then the next left into Fir Grove Park. Go to end of the parking lot. The entrance to the Arts Center is there; it is the back of the building; no entrance at the front.
