Everytime I come to this unclaimed freight I leave empty handed they used to have a large section of broken furniture on sale very cheap and now they never have. I also use to be able to negotiate the prices and the last time this worker just gave me an attitude about it. I think that it is not offensive to ask for a discount. I also asked him for military discount and he just nodded his head!!! I have been her about 3 times in the last month or so and I will not return. Up to you guys if you really want a good deal Go to Ashley's warehouse instead!!! Great place to get stuff for a bargain price!!!
We love to be here. Very nice staff. Nice furnitures with genuine price. We bought almirah and TV table they all are very nice and we enjoyed. Highly recommend place. We wanted dining table as well. However unfortunately they got one big fire attack and they loss their 1000 million dollar furniture. Hence they are ramping up with their stocks slowly. So we are waiting to get some more stocks.
I visited this store for about 3 to 4 times until I really liked these sofas. I purchased the sofa and set up a delivery date. Before setting up the date I confirmed with the chasier that they had to call me before bringing the sofas since it was a weekday but I never got a call from them. Then when I told them to redo the delivery they asked for an extra charge when it wasn't even my fault. By the way the manager Jim that spoken to me was extremely rude. He was so unprofessional. So then I planned on cancelling my order and then I asked for a receipt for the delivery charge he charged me for but he refused to give me one. He literally said "Have a good day," when I asked for a receipt. Then when I told told him that he has no care for his customers he said,"I don't care." I don't know who hired him as a manager. He has no care about losing customers. I have NEVER seen a manager like this. Unclaimed furniture has very nice furniture but because for the rude manager Jim no one would ever step a foot into that store ever again. They are going to lose so many customers just because of the unprofessional manager.
Paid $450 and $350 for 3 seater sofa and Love seat ACME 52280 and 52281 Model. After 1.5 years the faux leather started ripping. It was very poor quality and not at all worth for the price. Don't suggest anyone to buy Furniture from this store and get ripped off
Me and my Fiance purchased a sectional sofa at a good price, the problem is they told us they were going to wrap it and put it away because pick up was a week later...A week later sofa was still on showroom floor unwrapped with a few new scratches we noticed once we got home. Then a short latino guy dressed like he woke up in his clothes annoyed my fiance trying to sell her a dining room set they didnt have in stock yet. The MGR an older gentleman was pleasant.
We have purchased a few things from them. One rug, was poor quality and looked kind of cheap but good from far away but it was very inexpensive I think $20 for a 5x7 oriental styled rug and worked until our dog chewed it and we found a better quality rug we love. One metal and wood bistro set. This looks really great. We don't ever use it really, it just fills a weird corner next to our kitchen, but it looks good. Not sure if it would hold up to daily use, but good for our purpose. One slate and wood coffee table. This also looks really good, but the shiny finish is coming off on the bottom shelf. The top shine is still in good condition, but the bottom shelf has not really been used or cleaned harshly, so the peeling shine coat is just from poor quality. The rest of the piece looks good, but there is a design flaw that you cannot remove the slate to clean around it and in the cracks, which is basically impossible without removing, even with a vacuum or a cloth. Those are a quality issues, but again, it looks very nice. The store is a weird place to be in, not the most pleaseng environment. A lot of the time the staff young men in their 20's usually, with some older men peppered in are all sitting in recliners talking amongst themselves. They loudly use a lot of the F word and other swearing, and one time I was in the store I've been there about 4 times they were all taking about doing hard drugs. When you ask for help they act as though you're inconveniencing them terribly, or they actually say they cannot help you and you have to find someone else. The manager seems sleazy, like a stereotype of what would be a cross between a used car salesman and a mob associate, and doesn't remember what he said to you 5 minutes before. All that being said I will return there again, because the furniture is inexpensive for filler pieces and some of the stuff looks high end and in a style I like some stuff is super tacky though, even if the real quality isn't there.
Don't wast your time going there . I spent over 2 hours at this place , after making my selection, I received a phone call from them the second day ; telling me that the dining room that I ordered will be missing chairs because they don't have them in stock . I decided to cancel my order . The manager there wanted to investigate me why I'm canceling my order .and they already uploaded my order in the truck !!! He gave me an attitude, and hard time for the refund . Just go to Bob's furniture in Woodbridge and You will find better quality for cheaper price .
We bought few furniture for home. Among them was a plush mattresses we loved the most. But soon after purchase we faced sinking issue. We contacted them throught email. Immediately we received a call from them. Soon after a technician was sent for inspection. We were offered full refund by Jim. We rather bought another set of mattresses. Had a happy shopping experience. We never faced any problem with the delivery. We asked for a rescheduling of delivery which was agreed by them. To people who faced problem with rescheduling please read their policies before you plan to do so.
If you need something cheap and willing to use your own vechile to take your furniture home then it is worth it. Otherwise no one answers the phone when you call the store. The manager Jim is rude and gives of a vibe that you feel like your going to get robbed on your purchase. Not enough sales people around to ask for help and they cant haggle unless they get permission from the manager first. Again if your going to look to purchase sofa or nice dining room furniture just be cautious on the quality. They charge $75 for delivery and won't even set it up.I would rather pay extra for something I know will last longer, setup on delivery and being able to deal with a store that cares about customer service and answers the phone.
Do not buy from this store if you expect service. They blame everything on the delivery guys with whom THEY contract. They delivered a chest and expected me to lift it out of the box. I highly recommend buying your furniture at Target in the case or online. $75 to deliver. Home goods now delivers. AMAZON also sells chests and delivers. Never again. I would rather spend more money, the chest was not that inexpensive to be worth this hassle. Not at all a great price difference or quality than that of Value City. The handles on the chest also was not on the chest.
