Great location friendly staff. Giving a 4 star rating because the majority of the vehicle spots are poorly set up for trailers as they are parallel spots along a fence. May not be able to get the trailer out when others park Infront or back. Booked online and didn't find this out until checking in at the office. Better vehicle parking area description when online booking would be nice.
Marisa was awesome! The customer service was great and we got the help we needed just fine. She honestly deserves a raise!!!

The paperwork had to be done the old way, but then they want you to get their app. They should have a email to send paperwork through. The storage unit itself is nice. Mine is a little hard to get to and unload, but we make it work.
Jeff at the office here is great and we have had an awesome experience at Life Storage of Avon! Highly recommend!

I called and asked about rental of a storage unit that I may need shortly. The young woman, Marissa was very sweet and gave me the information I needed.
Great experience! Rented for 9 years. Jeff was always so nice taking my payments by phone and explaining the process of moving in and out. Absolutely blown away by how clean my things were after being in storage for that long, and NO mouse droppings or dead carcasses! Unbelievable. Thank you for keeping my belongings safe and rodent free!
I rented a 10x25 outside unit from Life Storage for 4 years. The process was easy to start, easy to access the property, and easy to vacate. Property was very clean and well managed. It was a pleasure to deal with Jeff and his son Dan, they both had exceptional customer service skills.
Everything was fantastic! We moved across the state and this place was a gem to find. Jeffrey was fantastic to work with, great communicator and so accommodating to all of my questions. The unit was accessible majority of the day and hours were so accommodating to come and go as necessary! Highly HIGHLY recommend this place if looking for a storage facility.
