This was probably the fastest and easiest I've ever moved into a storage unit. Jamie the manager was made that hassle free for sure. The buildings themselves are easy to access and pretty convenient location as well.. I'm happy....
Excellent customer service. Fast easy and painless. Super clean!!! Very happy! Updated. After removing my items. I can say I would never go back. Sue is friendly at first. They said I owed 200 after moving out. I asked them to send me a bill so I could see this cleaning charge sue threatened me with. Guess what. Never received one when I called them out on the charge she didn't like it. She is rude and snaps at people. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I had excellent friendly service through U-Haul in saco. Try them out before this place. Update. After using this place for over a year when I moved out of the storage the woman manager changed her nice attitude. She became mean and moody. She was rude and almost threatening. She was not good with confrontation. They were horrible people to rent from. Their price kept going up. Never again. Only reason I did this review was Sue was begging people to do them. Said there was a contest to see who would get more. Unfortunately her attitude deserves updated reviews to tell you how horrible she was. Sue.... You need a good review of customer service standards. The way you speak to some customers is horrible. Never would I recommend this place completely because of you.
I've have been using life storage in saco since March of 2020 when I had to move my family out of our apartment. They had a great starting rate when you signed up. Over the years I needed to get more units because of a death in the family and I needed extra space. They were very accommodating when I needed to combine units into one and they are always easy to work with. Thank you Annette for all your help!
Great experience at the Saco location Sue Jennison the Associate Manager was awesome. Very helpful . We are very satisfied and happy with Sues service she’s very friendly and happy working with the public. Customer Service is a tough job and I’ve had many customer service jobs and they aren’t easy to always hold a smile She was great and our Amazing motorcycles will be happy warm and dry in a 10’ x 10’ heated storage unit.
The facility was as expected. The manager who showed us our unit was very helpful and very pleasant.
I had a really great experience at this location! I don't know her name, but the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I wasn't sure which size storage unit to get and she helped me by showing me the different sizes and what they can fit and even offered me a discount when it wasn't available at first. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit in the area. They are clean, affordable, and easy to access!
Clean, easy, affordable. Had a unit for over a year and my experiences were fabulous from start to finish. Special shoutout to the gentleman who works in this location who I've spoken with a few times- I forget his name but he was fantastic. WORTH THE COST!
Life storage was really understanding to my situation and worked with me. My mother recently passed away and had a storage unit at LS in Saco. Rob and Annette, we’re both fabulous and super helpful! I will 100% only use Life Storage if I ever need a unit in the future! Thank you so much for all your help Life Storage!
Recently built facility. Extremely clean -- still shiny. Rented 5x14 climate controlled on second floor. Including deals and one time fees a 6 month lease should come out to about $120 a month. The facility is gorgeous and right off the highway plus excellent customer service makes this an excellent value for me while moving to the area.
