This location is very safe, clean, helpful, and convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The supervisor Star is this best. She is very easy going and knows her job well.
I get white knuckled usually whenever I have to deal with one of these places but not Life Storage. Star is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, and the rest of the staff - whose names I regret to say I forget - were equally nice, patient, and knew their gigs. I’m sorry I won’t be moving again because I’d go back here in a second. Clean, smooth, pleasant, no probs.
Lifestorage has been very easy to work with. The facility is continent, easy to access and navigate. Star has been super helpful! I appreciate her patience as I go back and forth with my stuff and juggling between units.
The staff is extremely polite and helpful and the spaces are clean and well maintained. Given the security measures shown to me, safety seems to be paramount to LIFE STORAGE - which is a great thing. A well deserved 5 STARS.
My I have had a wonder experience at life storage. The lady who helped me Star Rodriguez was amazing. She gave me a quick walk through. She walked me to the gate to have me put my code in to make sure I knew what to do and that it was working properly. She then showed me where my space was, instead of just telling me the directions. When moving it is not easy, having someone making the process just a little bit easier is VERY helpful. I have only been back once, but she made sure to come out and say hi and to let me know if I needed anything that she was in the office. Thank you for all the help! Makes me feel like I picked the right place.

First time renting out my storage unit and it was a great experience! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, helped explain everything to me. There was an issue with pricing but I called and they immediately resolved it and even texted me to update me about it. Great experience and glad I decided to rent a storage unit with them!
Amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this storage building. Everything is always kept very clean, and access is very easy.
