Great friendly service! Great prices! They go above and beyond to make your furniture shopping an exceptional experience. They deliver with a smile to suit your request. I would highly recommend the Underground Vault if you need furniture. You can shop online. They post pictures of their huge inventory and prices. Furniture stores can’t get deliveries on what you want for months. If you like what you see online, go check it out and have your new furniture or almost new furniture really fast!
I have shopped a few times at The Underground Vault and Maria is such a warm and wonderful person. We have bought a love seat and chair and a recliner, and a hand crochet bed spread. She has quality furniture and decor and surprises around every corner. Do check The Underground Vault first when you want to add something new for you. Thank you Maria.
I had no idea they had such a large selection of quality furniture and home goods! Plus they are very friendly and helpful, family run, and have some unique pieces of furniture. Absolutely worth checking out! Directions currently don't tell you the entrance is down the hill and around to the back of the strip mall. Then through the door next to the garage door and straight ahead.
This store was amazing! A friend recommended them to me and I'm so glad. It's awesome to support a small family run business and the customer service was amazing. They were very helpful while I was shopping, offered a discount when I purchased multiple pieces and delivered it to my home and brought it inside for me. I really couldn't ask for more. I can’t believe I haven’t left Maria a review on Google after working with her for at least the last 2-3 years! Super friendly always willing to negotiate and be helpful. Speedy responses to messages, great flash sales. Love the pay by the phone option to hold items. Her merchandise tends to move quickly and she consistently brings in more items. Very caring, goes out of her way to make people happy. Love that it is a family owned business supporting local establishments is high priority.
I have been shopping at Maria's Underground Vault for several years and have always had a great experience there. Maria and her family go out of their way to be friendly and helpful and will even search for items you are looking for. Her inventory of quality used, antique and even some brand new furniture is amazing and her prices are more than fair. The Underground Vault is always my first stop when shopping for furniture; I get quality furniture for a fair price, the pleasure of supporting a local small business and the fun of finding unexpected treasures. My most recent treasure is an electric heater with a mantel surround that looks great and is big enough to heat my new basement room. I just love it!
