Underhill Farms Country Inn is home to over 600 Fallow Deer and 20 North American Elk. During your stay, relax on your choice of three patios, curl up with a book in either of the sitting areas, and enjoy a gourmet breakfast prepared by your innkeepers, Lynn and Karen Kaufman, in our solar heated home built under a hill on the farm. We're also available for luncheons, receptions, and other large gatherings.
In addition to this unique Bed and Breakfast experience, we are one of few Fallow Deer farms in the United States. Domestic venison farming is important and popular in Europe and New Zealand, while virtually unknown in America. We are dedicated to the environment and to good health and offer specially selected cuts--steaks, chops, roasts and ground burger locally or via our online store.
We also sell individually wrapped venison snack items - spicy venison sticks, venison jerk, delicious summer sausage, Rocky Mountain Elk, Belgian Blue Beef, Large Black Hog, and Gourmet Pie products delivered to your door. You will find our Fallow Deer and Rocky Mountain Elk to be of superior quality and our venison products are pure, natural and the healthy choice!
