I was looking for a detailer to apply a ceramic coating on my Harley Davidson Ultra Classic. There were several options in my area, but the overwhelming amount of positive reviews for Unicorn Details McHenry helped me make the decision. My bike has been neglected for a while and I was skeptical they could bring back its shine. I was not let down and very happy with the results! This was my 2nd time taking my vehicle to Unicorn Details Mchenry. Had them do another 4 year ceramic coating on the exterior and full interior detail after our dog basically lived in the back seat for 4 years as we took him for almost daily rides. They did an absolute superb job and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Joe and his crew at Unicorn for all your car detailing needs. You won't be sorry.

I saw the abundance of 5 star reviews and thought this was going to be a no brainer. I wish it was, but unfortunately it was not. I am saddened and disappointed. I scheduled online 3/21, I specified all the areas I wanted focused on for the Full Interior Detailing - buttons/controls, shifter, plugs, etc. I chose to pay for pickup/drop-off and was texted 3/24 that they wanted to reschedule to 3/26 due to the coming snow the couple of in. we got 3/25. I was leaving for a business trip so it had to be done on 3/25. They said they simply didn't want to do the pickup/drop off in the snow understandable but still frustrating, so I agreed to drop it off myself. Since I didn't have another way home and was planning on waiting, Joe was kind enough to get me home while I waited for the car. A few hours later, I was sent the invoice including a $20 fee for drop off, I paid, tipping $30 without even seeing the car expecting quality work due to several good reviews and Joe seemed like a good dude, planning on another $20 upon drop off if I felt it was good. I got a text telling me when I could pick up the car. Trigger confusion. I texted back saying I paid $20 for drop off. Got a response saying they would drop it off. Hour or so goes by and I'm confused because I haven't heard anything. I look outside and lo and behold, my car, with keys in the cup holder, is just sitting in the driveway. No doorbell ring, no knock, no text, nothing. Long story long, they didn't do a 'terrible' job, but man...I didn't pay $200 for a job like this. Positives - seats and floors were well cleaned and my car smelled very clean. Negatives- my entire console/buttons, shifter, the cubbies/storage spaces in the dash, the glovebox, the buttons on my steering wheel, the power outlet, all of it, was still filthy, not even a simple wipe down in some areas. I had to go over all of it with a vacuum and wipes. These are the things I specified I wanted cleaned both when scheduling and when dropping off the car. I am disappointed because these to me are very simple things and very typical things to clean in a detailing. Not sure what went wrong here.Services:&nbsp;Seat shampooing

Professional courteous and great attention to detail. I have an 03 cts and let me tell you the interior looks like its a brand new car.! The clay bar on the exterior makes the paint look like glass. Definitely will use unicorn again! Thank you!!Services:&nbsp;Steam cleaning
