Called KeyMe at 6pm for a key locked in a car. KeyMe gave me the contact information for the locksmith who was coming to help. The locksmith didn't show up or answer their phone for 5 and a half hours. I ended up needing a 2nd locksmith to come out and open up the vehicle. And they still charged me a cancelation fee for a service they didn't even ATTEMPT to provide. Would never consider using KeyMe again based on this experience.

Completely frustrating!!!!!!  I called to get my home unlocked. I was told my card would not be changed until the locksmith was able to get me in my home. Thankfully i was able to get in my home after 20 minutes of trying....I called shortly after to cancel the order because i was able to get in and my card was charged twice and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to explain why afterwards.  Completely frustrated an already stressful situation. I would not recommend giving your card information until you see someone in person.

Be careful they will quote you one price to get the service call and then charge you something totally different after the work is done. Too many shady loopholes in the pricing.

HORRIBLE! They charge $7.99 per key which is astronomical and then NONE of my keys worked. Such a joke! Don’t use this machine!

Quick and easy! Just tested my keys and they are good to go ‼
