The Union Food Lab focuses on incubating new food ventures and training aspiring culinary entrepreneurs while also offering community programs.
The Union Food Lab is a newly renovated, clean and spacious commercial kitchen and training ground in West Harlem. The Food Lab currently offers commercial kitchen incubator space and a variety community education programs, and is developing a culinary arts training certificate program to be available in 2014. The facility is available to rent on a shift-basis for food and beverage companies in need of a licensed commercial kitchen to help grow their business, as well as community food education classes.
