rating is for this experience only, container has been on the ground since 07/02 and still not on a chassis? how have you not fixed the crane yet? Cannot reach anyone onsite, communication was off w/ this experience. I do have to tell my customer something.... duh only worked the first 3 minutes- a month ago.

No one knows what the hell is going on here. So I will tell you. If you need a swing ask the guys at the entrance gate. You can also get it at the IEL office by the gccp repair area but get ready to meet someone that hates his Job. The Person in charge in the IEL some white looking guy is not very helpful he does not like to be bother. If you need a minor repair you better have some lights or you will be in line 45mints to 1.5hrs. Trust me is not worth it unless you need tires because the inspector will take 15 to 25 mints to inspect the chassis even if you just need one light.. As a last resort use the front office I have found them to be helpful when someone does not want to help you. Line 4 is for turn around when authorized only. Use the bobtail in lane and when you get to the front of the line turn off your truck. Do not pull forward if they did not tell you they will make you turn around. Turn on headlights and flasher if one is not working they will not let you in . Driver license must be presented every time going in or going out.

Union Pacific employees are top notch folks to work with , we are performing an air line job and couldn't find a better group of people to work with and around....
