I visited the office today as a new patient. I was greeted by 2 friendly receptionists when I entered the building. I filled out my paperwork then headed back promptly to be seen. During my visit I was asked how I was doing, and the new patient process and procedures. Then the assistant offered me a cup of water while I waited for the Doctor. The Docter was very thorough and explained my situation with my teeth and set goals for future work and maintenence. I was very impressed and would recommend this office to my friends.
I had a total upper extraction yesterday. I was terrified. The staff was welcoming and empathetic and comforting! I had no pain what so ever. The shots of novacaine pain, was the hardest part, but even then the pain was minimal! I am having the lower ones extracted next week and I am comforted to know it won't be a horrifying experience.
Terrible .highly not recommended went in for a 930 appointment at 920 and it was 10 am I still was not called. At about 957 a patient walks in to be seen and is called back right away . I leave because that’s is unfair and I call to complain the receptionist s Shauna was very rude and hung up up On me while explaining the situation . Then gonna try to charge a 75 dollar no show fee when they took over 45 minutes to call me back and I was never seen worst dentist I have ever been to. And I’m still leaving review at 1 because there’s no excuse the receptionist hung up on me that’s unprofessional and rude still a 1 considering your only a 3 star and all these other horrible comments it makes sense
Union Street Dentistry has Canceled our cleaning Appointments twice having to wait month's to get new cleaning appointments both times I decided to ask for our dental recoreds to locate a new Dentist. That must have upset the receptionist she became very nasty and rude when I asked to speak with her boss I was told to call back. I called back and ended up talking to who I was told was the owner at one point she asked me if I was deaf very rude & sarcastic on the phone and finally hung up on me this only makes sense why the receptionist was rude employees act the way they are trained such a shame. " Terrible Customer Service Skills " I have since Emailed them to please release our dental records so far no response. If your looking for a dentist you might want to look elsewhere ! Bill
Great place that makes you feel like safe and informed through any process or procedures. From the surgeons to the office manager will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of.
I needed an emergency extraction. Out of the 20 plus places I called this was the only place that took me in that day. I have horrendous teeth and have had many extractions, 8 of then now. This place gave me by far the quickest smoothest extraction I've ever had. My man Ali was strong but gentle with me and the Dentist lady, I forget her name, she was a smaller skinny woman, was very professional and courteous. Actually everyone there was just as nice as can be. I never make regular dentist appointments, but even though it was an hour drive I plan on scheduling there. It was honestly that good of an experience. I wouldn't say the prices are low, but I'll say the experience definitely made it worth it. Very positive experience. Very nice lady at the front desk. Thanks for all the help today!
I love having Dr. Baka’r as my new dentist. Everyone in this office is kind and courteous. I can’t say enough good things.
Honestly I have always hated the dentist due to past horrific experiences. today when I went to Union street dental for my first appointment I was not only extremely satisfied with how friendly the staff were but I also left feeling excited for my next appointment. The nurse I had was AMAZING and truly validated me while taking my X-rays. Everyone was so great.
Union Street dental is one of the worst dental office that I have ever been to. I had to have a root canal done I was referred to a dental office by Union Street dental. I decided not to go to their referral I went someplace else. The dentist office that I chose for the root canal called Union Street dental to explain to dentist what needed to be done, what her diagnosis was and how to move forward. When I called Union Street dental back a week later the receptionist had no clue what I was talking about when I asked her about the compensation that took place with both Dentist and what the next step in the procedure is going to be. The receptionist told me she had no idea what I was talking about she stated there was never a conversation between both Dentist she said she had no record of any conversation. I told the receptionist and the very disrespectful rude office manager that called me back while I was on my job and started arguing with me. I asked the office manager why no one has any record or any knowledge of the conversation between both Dentist and why no one knows the next step in the procedure that I’m supposed to be getting done at their office. The office manager told me it does not matter moving forward when you call here give us the respect that we deserve. I asked the office manager what is so disrespectful about wanting the office that I am paying to render services do they have some knowledge of what they are talking about. The office manager became so disrespectful I asked for my records to be transferred to another dental office. The office manager needs to take some diversity courses and she needs to take additional courses on how to treat her fellow human being. Her lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I absolutely would never recommend anyone to this dental office they need to get it together.
Has improved a lot in recent years; The staff are very kind and courteous, and seem to be actively looking out for their patients instead of just trying to make a profit. High quality work, too!
