Wanted to save money so we switched from VZW because we were promised that the service was fantastic in ALL of Cheyenne. Our home was in Sun Valley. We had service in one spot in the house and every call dropped. I called customer service to let them know that we wouldn't be able to keep their service. Representative was dismissive. Drove back to the store to speak with someone face to face. That gentleman was very helpful in cancelling our account. He assured us that there would be no bill to pay. Fast forward a year, applied for a loan for a new home and the only glitch on our credit report was Union Wireless for $216. He was right, we never got a bill. Transunion date of submission for the debt was less than two weeks after we closed the account. It seems like the intent was to punish us for cancelling their service.
getting prices around town. they seem like a cool company not sure tho because i don’t have money now. we’re out in the streets. CRMC is garnishing us. so any money we are giving to them now to pay it off. but state insurance was to pay it off it was a severe illness still is too but the debt agency won’t be transparent. but we are out here on the streets. but seems like good company
Very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive staff at the Cheyenne office. Made purchasing my new iPhone a breeze. I have been a longtime customer, and this is one of the reasons why.
We purchased two new I-phones from the Union Wireless store in Rock Springs. Kyla was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. She was also efficient and effective in setting up our new phones and helping us get everything functioning. Excellent service, which was greatly appreciated. Kyla is a gem.
I am thoroughly upset that the cellular provider I have come to treasure and depend upon has been coerced to join with another provider. The local guys have provided me with incredible service for @+- 10 years. Never had any complaints. I guess "I will comply!"...
We have been with this company for many years now. The reason we switched from Verizon many years ago was because Verizon plan pricing kept going up and up. Union Wireless had better pricing and they still do. They have consistently met our needs and the customer service has always been great! A special shout out to Matt B. in Cheyenne, as he has been just super to work with and we love our new phones! Thank you to all at Union Wireless and keep up the good work!!
I wish everyone had the great customer service that Union Wireless has, whenever I have an issue with my phone they help me out. I was running out of storage and couldn't figure out why, Michelle spent a good 30 minutes working with me to find out what apps were using up storage then showed me how to transfer to the sd card. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. They also have some really great phone plans
The plan they offered was unbeatable. Though the customer rep was very helpful she was the only rep there. A large line of customers built up while she was helping me.
I have never received worse customer service from a phone company in my life. This company is garbage and will charge you random fees and additional charges every chance they get! The only good thing is the military discount and at this point that is not worth it to stay! Done with this and will never encourage another person to switch to Union again!
For some reason, Union wireless changed my account twice so that I had Canadian roaming. The first time they cancelled my regular service, and substituted it with CA roaming. I found out because my phone didn't work anymore. The second time, they added CA roaming to my bill, and still haven't refunded the $20 charge even though I called right away when I saw my bill, and it's been over two months. Needless to say, I didn't request roaming in canada - I've never even been there. I am pretty annoyed at this point, and trying to reach costumer service takes ages. Which is funny, the automated message start with "your business is important to us" before not answering the call for quite a few minutes every single time.
