Was on shore during a Cruise when the need for an ice pack arose, found this pharmacy and went in to see if they had a disposal Ice Pack.. The young lady assisting us said they do not stock them, but she went out of her way to locate an Ice Pack from the Pharmacy dept that we could use.. Then refused to accept any monies for it, this is SERVICE over and above... THANK YOU

I went to buy 3 pregnancy tests for personal reasons that don't matter very much, the cashier asks me if I need a bag and I answer no, I was going to be ok. She turns to that colleague and says "it's not as if there was anything embarrassing" giggling. I didn't answer I was in the minority and too shocked!

Courteous, professional, fast and very efficient service!!!! I recommend your pharmacy to anyone who asks me where I go for my medication and I tell them that they will have a great experience with you!!! Thank you for your work

Nothing negative to say about the floor service, it's more the lab... which surprised me... the young lady... was in a hurry to finish her shift, I think...
