Overcharged for a blowout with natural hair. I had to pay $70 for a mediocre hairstyle! There was no deep condition or treatment included, by the way. Go somewhere with better service and that’s more cost effective.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I normally go to the Htfd location. But scheduled with the East Hartford location. Awesome blow outs at both locations!!

This place is really good, they do a great job but I just wish they were more personable. It would be nice if they can create a friendlier and personal experience. I've been there several times but they never ask that, or the person that cuts your hair never make the attempt to give you her card or even ask your name and invite you back... too bad.

New to town and needed a hair change. Good reviews on Google, so I called. They were able to get me in right away on a weekday afternoon. Wash and cut and tip for $30. Affordable! I had a few pics of what I wanted and what I absolutely didn't want and it turned out great.

Was my first time there 9/12/15 and they had me leaving satisfied I LOVE my hair and how it feels. It went from kinky tight curls to a nice silky blow out. Definitely returning again! I love you guys. I'm glad marinello wasn't talking walk inn's that day because it lead me here.

Today was my first visit here. I had an awesome experience. Let's not forget today is Wednesday so not many people were there. Liz is truthful & honest about your hair. Completely satisfied!!

The only Dominican salon that can remotely handle African American hair. They do a great blowout job however the amount of wait time is far too long over 3hrs from start to finish on a typical wash, dry & blow. You cannot possibly have anything else to do the ENTIRE day as they take their sweet time and do not care if you told them you must be out by a specific time. Cost varies, one day you can be charged $40 the next $60 for the EXACT service as before, depends on the owners mood.

My mother and I happened to go on a Saturday morning and it was very busy. We spent 4 hours at the salon. We ended up being too late to go to the event we were doing our hair for but my hair looked amazing and I received compliments throughout the entire week.

Satisfied with the cut but the place was very busy and had to wait even though we had an appointment. But that is usual for salons i believe.
