I love it there! They're so family oriented. Ms. Lori does my daughter's and I nails. She does such an AMAZING job. You ask and she delivers. Their customer service is 100! They service all client types and from what I see everyone is treated equal. I highly recommend Unique Nails!!!

I had gotten a fill and eyebrow wax I wanted my eyebrows arched she did not arch them they looked horrible and my nails oh lord one nail was broke she didn’t have the same powder as my usual nail tech since I am out of town so now I have two different powders on my nails and the nail that she replaced does not even match the rest of the nails I payed 120 for my original nails and now she made them look like a $30 job. Will definitely be going to Houston for my next fill if I’m still out here. Thank you but no thank you.Services: Waxing

Quoted me one price then charged me another. Took an hour and a half to poorly do a french pedicure. Two different women had to try to end up with a just OK job. Go somewhere else.

I've been here about 6 times and its my favorite nail salon! The ladies are so friendly everytime I visit. My nails always come out beautiful and amazing! Its a soothing, Friendly atmosphere, and great customer service! I love this place! Would highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. I got my nails done Wednesday, went back 4 times because the shellac kept cracking! Yes they fixed it but after the fourth time it broke again. I just wanted a refund and her to take the nails off. The owner wanted to charge me to take these damn nails off, because their polish is old and has been sitting for god knows how long! Never again will I go there. I got my refund now I’m walking around with a broken nail. Smh!

If they had a zero star I would give this place that. First time here my mother and I we both got a pedi and I got a refill shellac, but the total came up $90... My mother had the deluxe pedi for $35 and I had a basic for $23, but what doesn’t add up is the refill is $18 yet I was charged $36. The lady claims that I had three broken nails which I didn’t have the nail tech who did my nails took off three for no reason. I did pay the amount and left cause I was not in the mood for arguing. Never coming back, and stay away from here!

First I'm sure the 4-stars were given by their staff or friends..Do not waste your money or your time. I had both if my daughter's nails done on Wednesday evening. They both had to return for nails chipping Thursday, Friday and another nail chipped off on Sunday. They are extremely thin and weak and request that you pay $3 for a nail repair. Something that was poorly done from the beginning. I don't have a problem paying for anything, but I do have a problem with poor service accompanied by a lack of professionalism.
