I’m really surprised how this movie theater went down in standards and affordability. The restrooms smelled worse than a rest-stop on the way to Galveston. They have set limits on everything, but can’t clean like a respectable movie theater should. Not recommended at all

We order 12 wings lemon pepper, very good with blue cheese, bottle of water and big diet coke, seat are comfortable and clean theather they have some employees training, overall service was ok

This is my go to theater since I live close. But with this last visit that may change. The pizza was not good at all, tasted like chemicals like it's been sitting in the freezer for a good while and for $12! The Soda machines are not being monitored, half the sodas were not working and shooting carbonated water

It's very nice & clean, courteous staff. It's been remodeled and looks nice inside & new chairs that recline. I'll definitely go back again!!

If your looking for a family friendly atmosphere DO NOT I repeat DO NOT come here!! I traveled a distance just to experience a gettho Cinemark! It was nasty with roaches crawling around as big as grasshoppers! My nacho sauce was cold the drink machine was not clean and the sodas were flat. There were workers playing some and the floor were dirty the food station was dirty, it was one server waiting on customers. Management was missing in action!? If, they were present they needed to take better control over the atmosphere. We also experienced a couple vaping the whole entire movie in front of us. The staff would have know this if they monitored the floors. I do not recommend this theater to matured people audience looking to enjoy or have a good time with family or friends. It suck because we paid in advance and we’re disappointed! 2 out of 10

Staff here is always friendly and accommodating. This location is always clean when we visit. I usually come here with my wife on Tuesdays for the $5.50 tickets but we usually end up spend over $30 in consessions lol, but they are worth it ;.

Had me reminiscent of my childhood! It was the O.G. of theaters. Most theaters are now dine in and uncomfortable in seating. This theater has the concession stands like they used too. Where you order and go to your movie. Grabbed some simple popcorn and nachos and went on our way. The seating is absolutely amazing. So comfortably plush, and with the lack of humans walking up and down the aisles taking orders. It definitely took me back to the days of simply watching a movie.

The whole theater has went down, sticky floors, and dirty restrooms. The management staff was very unprofessional when it came to ensuring that my family and I had a great experience. There was an issue Online when purchasing our tickets. Instead of them trying to correct the issue, they didn't care at all.

It was better than expected. I normally only go to the alamo because I don't like foolishness. However, this crowd was pretty decent there was one hood rat that felt compelled to talk during but he was far enough away that it wasn't so bad. I didn't order food but everything else was fine.

Cons - popcorn is terrible. Stall and not even room temperature, more kernels than pop. Just no please switch it popcorn brand and time the popcorn machine. - popcorn butter, oil salt food coloring?? - drunks, watered down Pros - comfort seats! - lots of viewing - gets new releases quickly and good timing options Disability? - don't expect them to have your caption devices programmed. I had to go back 3x. 1. No power 2. No programming lost power in 20 min. 3. Not programmed. All this isn't worth 14.50 tickets and 47 for stall salty popcorn. They've making a living solely on those comfortable seats! I will not go back unless I can bring my own food. You're basically doing everything yourself so where the money go .idk. imma stay with My nearby theatre.
