Wow the parking lot was filled from the front to the back in every corner!!! The workers were great and the GM John was on the floor the whole time working with everyone else and making sure every movie goer had a fantastic experience!!! One of the hidden Gem in Fresno is this little theatre and I recommend people to come here.
Used to be a great theater to see second run movies at discounted prices, but for some reason they converted it back into a first run theater and raised the prices to match. Tickets are only $1-2 cheaper than the larger renovated theaters in town but theaters are not stadium seating, and seats are extremely old and uncomfortable. Staff is nice and it's very clean inside but I with they had kept it as a second run discount theater.
Great place and friendly employees. There was a line and the manager quickly came to help the customers, much appreciated! Place seems clean and sanitized that's including the restrooms as well. For those couples who like to lift the arm rest to be laying on their spouse shoulders...well you can not do this at this location but other then that seats are comfy. I do reccomend seating close to the aisle in your room theater as the screen seemed to be placed to much to the left side of the wall. Makes seating on the far right look out of place when seeing the screen.

clean establishment and bathrooms. excellent concessions with plenty of variety. will come again. i caution redeeming your regal rewards here though. the cashier had problems redeeming my rewards and for a popcorn upgrade using 2200 of our points they took 4400.
Cheap really good movies!!!!‼ And I believe they have the best popcorn in town...
Great movie theater never packed, clean bathrooms, respectful workers and surrounded by lots of eating spots in the area. Highly recommend for families and anyone who enjoys going to the movies and having their own space
The $5 theater is now $12! Same outdated broken and cramped seating now twice the price. The only reason for going here was the cheap ticket prices. 100% would not pay this price to be uncomfortable with the old seats and single level seating. Go to Riverpark or El Paseo Regal where you can sit in the new reclining seats for the same price. Even Maya and Sierra Vista have better seating.
Small but clean theater, I liked the Old School feel. Could have been a bit cooler inside the building. But my first time going and will most definitely go back! You can't beat the price!
It's okay. Clean, quiet, polite staff. In need of a remodel. Prices are cheaper comparatively to other local theaters.
