Though not 100% sure, I think this lounge is recently renovated. It was new, clean, functional and convenient. As I saw, the staffs were making the great effort to keep the lounge clean and sanitize tables and chairs quite often, much harder than other lounges. The atmosphere was also good and I enjoyed a breakfast and do some work at this lounge before the departure.
First time in the Lounge. Very nice ambiance and a good breakfast spread. The Wi-Fi was far superior than the free airport network too.
Good nice lounge by Gate F10 terminal 2 Ok food great coffee machine great liquors Nice smiling staff
This lounge looks quite new and modern. There is a full bar at one end, but many drinks are chargeable, so be sure to ask the bartender for what's on the complimentary menu if you don't intend to pay regular bar prices. The food selection and quality is probably one of the worst I've seen in any lounge in many airports globally. This lounge has no shower facilities as well.
Have always had good experience. Food is good but the same options for months :. May be I am picky. Its crowded, but you can find a place. Nice view of runway.
Active Duty military traveling on Leave denied complimentary access because I couldn’t produce Leave Orders. I’m on Leave Orders. Any time I leave my local area or fly commercial I have to be on orders. But we really don’t bother hand-carrying paper copies just for domestic flights. Definitely an insult to my integrity.
The club at terminal F is very nice and clean. Had an espresso machine that was surprisingly delicious. The food options were lacking and mainly consisted of prepackaged cerealshot and cold options with oranges and apples as the only fruits. It's quite "pricy" and you'd be over paying if you buy a pass, but it's still adequate if you have it free with your credit card. The location did get busy at 8am yet this could vary depending on scheduled flights.
I had a long layover and was grateful for this lounge. Lunch was nice with a small salad bar, sandwiches, and soup. Bloody Mary was good. It's a United Club lounge, not a Flagship lounge. I don't understand the bad reviews.
Again a badly organized flight from United. Despite a 1. Class ticket issues with my carry on luggage. Needs to put this to the end of the plane and this will create issues when leaving the plane. Service? Not existing! The lounge was so so - no forks, no tissues, very basic food available. Just ok to sit in a bit more quiet surroundings compared to the gate. Not worth going there.
This has to be the worst lounge I have ever been to around the world. Good luck getting a seat and the only edible thing is eggs. Don’t be fooled by the photo - for 2 min it looks empty and then it’s more full than the overbooked planes. If you are lucky to find a seat that’s the only decent thing about this.
