This place is my favorite. There is 2 amazing women. That work at this location. They make my shakes and malts perfect. When I get there names I'll update and edit this review. Thank you lady's for curing my sweet tooth.
Virginia the store manager sure needs some customers service training. If she hates her job so much she should go else where. Not a hello, thank you have a good day nothing! Good milkshake though, and the young lady who helped me with that part of the order was kind. Wish the store manager didn't ruin the whole review.
Came in on July 4th at midnight. So technically July 5th morning The guy making my shake was fine. Older woman ringing us out was pretty rude. My card malfunctioned once and she said "put it back in" and then grabbed the card out of my hands without asking and ran my card herself over the counter. She bypassed my pin without asking and then crumpled my receipt without asking if I wanted it too. I did not appreciate the whole interaction at all. :/
The older lady with the red hair is always so rude and unprofessional. For no other reason than its busy and shes stressed...but to be rude? Not gonna make the rush go away. I was waiting for ice cream, didnt know what i wanted so i told the lady who was actually helping me to go ahead and take the person behind me. At this point a few other customers walk in. A guy comes up to help with the icecream and the lady tells him im next. Rude red hair comes up,obviously stressed and interrupts him, tells him he needs to help the people "over there necause they were there first and im standing the wrong spot. Just so you know" Rude and wrong
This store has excellent ice cream. It also has sandwiches, snacks and fuel. They carry both gasoline and diesel.
Great ice cream, and good service! Grabbed a medium coffee here after filling up, and was surprised at how much I didn’t hate it. Not “gourmet” or fancy coffee, but it had good flavor, was hot and decently fresh!
Lady with short red hair was very rude to me and wouldn’t let me buy cigarettes using my valid form of identification obtained from the bmv. I’m 30 years old and I do not need to be treated like that.
I come in here every single morning to meet my boyfriend who’s a cop for coffee. The place is clean, and they let us hang out here which is really nice! Sheila is probably the nicest person here. She’s super sweet!! However, I wish I could say the same about everyone else. I get the worst attitude from the younger red head woman. I’ve never been treated with that much disrespect ever in a retail establishment. It’s uncalled for and pretty upsetting. I never did anything to her, and I get treated so poorly :
I came here to say your employee with the short brown hair and glasses was incredibly rude and has a terrible attitude. Unsurprisingly, I found a few other comments in your Google reviews about the same employee. Perhaps you may want to take some action. My children and I entered this evening to get ice cream after our evening at the pool. Your dear employee rudely told me I "needed to get clothes on." There was no attempt to approach the subject politely. Also, I was wearing a one-piece suit that had all the important bits covered. I'm fairly confident I was wearing enough "clothes" to receive retail service. You need to have an attitude adjustment with your employee or our family will not return. You have other great employees at this location; however, your failure to address this particular employee will cost you business.
Older lady with reddish short hair will zap the happiness out of your day. BEWARE!! You won't get a smile. Need someone who will at least do the job and say " Have a nice day." With a smile
